User interface is straightforward and easy to navigate.
What do you like best about the product?
For new users not familiar with CRM Freshsales offers a very intuitive and easy to use tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some system limitations on reports and dashboards as well as Paren to Child Accounts mapping.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THe problems that Freshsales solve for our team is Activity tracking, client anggagement and productivity reports.

Works OK, but lacks features
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to use. The user interface is straightforward. I've had good experiences with the support team. I use it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I used HubSpot at my last company, and Freshsales lacks a number of features that would make things easier. I liked that with Hubspot's integration to my email, I could automatically create a task to follow up when sending an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking contacts and deals.
It's a well balanced tool for Managing, Analytics and easily filtering the contacts

UI & UX, filtering options, bulk & updating fileds and analytics more...

Sometimes application is lagging and facing some issues in sales sequence other than that everything was good

Easily bulk update any single field and its saving a lot of time by filtering and updating the fields

Solid CRM With Everything I Need
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales allows you to really build knowledge about a company by adding more contacts to it, adding notes, credit scores and it allows ou see the companies current deals etc. I use it everyday, secifically for entering contacts to cold call them. After i have cold called them i can easily enter a call log so i can look back on previous calls to see progression/what i need to do next.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are good however, they need a faster refresh rate, or an option to manually refresh so teams dshboards etc can be kept more up-to-date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Freshsales is making it easy for me to follow up customers and new leads by making it easy to put a task against the person and set a dae one it.

Freshsales is a good piece of software
What do you like best about the product?
Freshsales gets the job done. It tracks everything that I need to track, and it works.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit slow. Also, there is no filter logic. Also, you can't use the power dialer on accounts, necessitating a workaround.
