Clean, Easy-to-Learn Tool with AI and Flexible Boards — Excellent Value

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy that it's easy to learn and teach my coworkers how to use. I also really appreciate its clean design, and ability to create several boards to organize our onboarding process or our tasks. I think it's a good price, and the AI features are really helpful and allow our team to think further ahead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that I maybe dislike is I wish there were more math functions. For example, in our budget board I am unable to have it automatically adjust our total budget remaining when I input/link our reciepts to our board. So we are left to do the math ourselves which can take a long time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday AI is really helping us solve timeline issues which improves our teams overall performance and ability to work together rather than seperately. Additionally, the support from the chat functions, talking with Monday.com people over email as well has really helped us solve the problems of having a few less tech-savy members of our team

Flexible, AI-Connected Hub for Our Business Ecosystem

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the flexibility and also the new enhancements that are coming on board. I love that I can connect with the MCP, with my copilot, and with Claude to give an extra layer. The Claude connection is valuable right now because I'm running all my project meetings using Otter as a transcribed tool, and I use that to put together my scoping documents. I've also connected it to the boards I'm working on so it can check the progress and my to-do lists from the meetings, in terms of specifications and lots of conversation around process and workflows. I can capture that, put it into Claude, then push it through to monday Work Management, create task lists, create actual automations and other elements of boards, which is really good. The setup has been quite intuitive for me, since I know the application platform is quite intuitive and I've used monday before. I'd give it a nine.
What do you dislike about the product?
{"I think one of the things that can be improved is the use of near end columns and particularly how other third party apps can interpret that mirrored column.","The issue is when you're mirroring columns from other boards and trying to use things like email addresses or SMS numbers. The mirrored column won't be type email or type phone.","That's an issue with third party apps because they look for those column types to be able to connect the app and perform the task, and it breaks automations.","I think there's still room for improvement, particularly with mirrored boards and native applications and third party application."}
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It lets us manage our resources, task management, recurring tasks, contractors, and job management, plus guest reviews and API integrations with make.com. It brings eight core elements of the business under monday. I connect Claude to push meeting notes into task lists and automations on my boards.

Intuitive All-in-One: Excellent File Storage, Calendar, Progress Charts & Easy Sharing
Reviewed on Jun 29, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the file storage; it also provides a very useful calendar. I love the progress charts, and the to-do list helps me remember details. It lets me monitor different aspects of the process, and I find it very easy to share messages. Overall, I like how easy and intuitive it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reports could be more comprehensive; they lack visual dependency mapping. I'd like the chart tables to offer more features — sometimes they don't, which is especially noticeable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They let me view activity and tasks across teams, which is especially useful for keeping everyone aligned. I can quickly see what’s in progress, monitor the status of each project, and ensure everyone stays on top of their tasks. It has become an essential tool for our work.

Intuitive Platform with Reliable Automations and Excellent Support

What do you like best about the product?
Using and navigating the platform is easy and intuitive. The results from automations are very reliable. Our enterprise pricing allows us to take full advantage of all support options. I currently don't use any integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex workflows require excessive time to set up and maintain. The mobile app severely lags behind the desktop version for advanced views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We struggled to know how long a particular ticket request was taking to complete after origination, but thanks to the time-tracking field, we can quickly identify which requests take longer and determine better workflows.

The Most Valuable Tool for Our Disaster Recovery Network
Reviewed on Jun 29, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
As the Network Administrator for a regional disaster recovery network serving more than 200 churches, nonprofits, and community partners across Western North Carolina, I use Monday.com virtually every day for almost every aspect of my job. It has become much more than a project management tool—it's our network database, operations hub, reporting system, and collaboration platform.
When we first adopted Monday.com, there was a learning curve because I was building an interconnected system rather than a few simple boards. Monday.com's support team was excellent throughout that process, helping me work through challenges as I learned the platform. My director also made the wise decision to have me serve as the primary administrator during implementation, which allowed us to build a consistent architecture instead of disconnected boards. Today, nearly everything is connected through automations, linked boards, and dashboards.
One of my favorite features is the AI Agents. I've created Agents that research grant opportunities and populate our grants pipeline, clean up data, and analyze hundreds of coordinator reports to evaluate engagement with our partner organizations. Those insights help leadership understand where we're investing our time and which communities need more attention.
I also love the flexibility of integrations and automations. Our Network Coordinators' Google Calendar events automatically create records in Monday, trigger reporting forms, and feed leadership dashboards. Instead of spending hours collecting monthly reports, much of the information is captured as people simply do their work.
The mapping feature has also become an important tool for us. We map our network partners across the region to better visualize coverage, identify gaps, and support planning during disaster recovery.
Another feature I use constantly is exporting to Excel. I appreciate that I can quickly move data between Monday and Excel whenever I need to perform deeper analysis, create pivot tables, or prepare reports for leadership. It gives me the flexibility to use the best tool for the task without duplicating data.
I've built workflows for grants, disaster recovery projects, volunteer coordination, partner onboarding, reporting, warehouse requests, and collaboration with outside organizations. I also love that I can securely share boards and information with external partners, allowing everyone to work from the same source of truth.
The biggest benefit is the return on investment. Through automation and thoughtful workflow design, our nonprofit has been able to accomplish work that would have required additional staff, while improving reporting, collaboration, and visibility across our entire network.
Monday.com has grown alongside our organization. We started with a handful of boards, and today it supports nearly every major workflow in our disaster recovery network. I honestly open it every morning and work in it throughout the day—it's where our work happens. I really love it. THere's nothing you can't build. We don't have the CRM but I was able to create one with integrations and automations!
Performance has been good. Once a day it seems that it gets slow, b ut that may be because I have it open in about 4 browsers on any given day, and go back and forth on my three screens. It is really the most valuable tool i have at my disposal. All of my deliverables are supported and tracked with it.

What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, my "complaints" are really signs of how much I enjoy the platform. I find myself wanting more AI credits because the Agents save so much time, and I'd love the ability to purchase additional credits for just my department or even my own account. I also enjoyed building a custom app, but when I discovered I couldn't publish it, I put the project on hold. I'd love to see more opportunities for administrators to build and deploy custom solutions without needing enterprise-level licensing.
I am not an admin yet, but I am the whole organization's super user.
I am not an admin yet, but I am the whole organization's super user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com AI Work Platform has transformed how our nonprofit operates. Before implementing it, information lived in emails, spreadsheets, calendars, and individual documents, making it difficult to see the big picture or measure our impact. Today, nearly every major workflow is connected in one place.
As the Network Administrator for our regional disaster recovery network, I use Monday.com every day to manage partner organizations, grants, volunteer coordination, projects, reporting, executive dashboards, and cross-department collaboration. It serves as our network database, collaboration platform, and operational hub.
The AI features have eliminated hours of manual work. AI Agents research grant opportunities, organize and clean data, and analyze coordinator reports to provide leadership with meaningful insights about engagement across our network. Automations collect information as our staff works instead of requiring separate reporting at the end of the month.
Monday.com's mapping capabilities allow us to visualize our partner network across Western North Carolina, helping identify geographic coverage, resource gaps, and opportunities for collaboration during disaster recovery. Because our data is centralized, I can also export information to Excel in seconds to perform deeper analysis, build pivot tables, or prepare reports for leadership.
The biggest benefit is that our small team can accomplish the work of a much larger organization. We've improved reporting accuracy, reduced repetitive administrative work, increased visibility for leadership, and created a scalable system that continues to grow alongside our organization.
Instead of spending my time collecting information, I spend my time using information to make better decisions.

Adapts to Any Project and Makes Scheduling Easy
Reviewed on Jun 28, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It adapts well to all types of projects and gives a broader view of the data. I also love that it improves scheduling, and we can easily review the full list of everything in one place. It works well for tasks with dependencies and helps keep all team members informed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization adds extra burden, and some steps feel repetitive. Navigation could be more intuitive, and a few processes are slow to execute, which makes the overall experience less smooth.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us a much broader perspective, which helps us plan and study projects in greater depth. It has also made it easier to create clear, well-defined reports and to manage risks more effectively. On top of that, the automation across multiple sources is very helpful.

Makes Work Faster and Easier—Great GitHub Integration for Onboarding
Reviewed on Jun 28, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
It makes the work easier and quick. No need to spend time reviewing over and over again. We are paying for the cheapest one, but it still let's us use it. We have it integrated with our GitHub Organization which helps our newly hired developers not confused when we assign tasks to them on monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably how it wasn't as obvious how we can use it at first. It kinda springs at you but doesn't give you the whole idea right away
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a newly hired QA in this company. My onboarding was easy because the AI refined everything I needed to know for our tasks. I didn't need a lot of coaching. The AI also helps me with Bug Report Tickets, since it summarizes and lets me know what to prioritize

Customization and automations that meet our business demands.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting dashboards aren’t intuitive and lack the ability to light up key data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining customer engagement using shared dashboards. Historically we’d send excel files via email for project updates and communication. Now everything is documented and collaborative with Monday.com which drives meaningful value for our team and customers.

Easy Collaboration with Great Search and a Colorful Interface
Reviewed on Jun 26, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The best part for me was how easy it made collaboration. I liked that every task had its own comments section, so it was easy to keep track of conversations instead of digging through emails or chats. Adding files to tasks was quick, and the search feature worked really well whenever I needed to find something on a board. The interface is also colorful and visually appealing, which made it nicer to use compared to some other project management tools. Overall, it did a good job of keeping everyone on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few things that got frustrating over time. Finding a specific task wasn't always quick, especially on larger boards, and the navigation sometimes felt a bit glitchy, with random columns getting stuck. The biggest issue for our team was task dependencies. If someone marked a task complete before the previous dependent task was finished, and that earlier task was completed later, monday would automatically mark the already completed downstream task as incomplete again. That created unnecessary confusion and extra work. I also wish there was a proper way to record planned leave or time off. Whenever someone came back from a break, we had to manually update the dates for all of their tasks. Lastly, setting up automations wasn't very intuitive and took more trial and error than I expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our team, monday helped centralize project management. Instead of tracking tasks across emails, chats, and spreadsheets, everything was in one place. It made it easier to assign work, see who was responsible for what, track progress, and keep project discussions attached to the relevant tasks. That reduced a lot of back-and-forth and made handoffs between team members smoother. I also found the search feature really useful because I could quickly find tasks, files, or past discussions without scrolling through the entire board. While there were a few workflow issues, it definitely improved visibility and made collaboration much easier than the tools we had used before.
