Easy to Use and Highly Effective for Client Work

  • February 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Automating emails using the email and status columns saves me hours every week. The Updates section also lets clients add comments on each item, which makes it much easier to keep everything in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs better copy-and-paste functionality. Right now, it’s difficult to import a large amount of data and keep it in the correct format.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I struggled to keep a consistent cadence with partner outreach, and the automated emails help with that.

Instant Visibility and Flexible Boards for Keeping Work on Track

  • February 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about monday Work Management is how easy it makes it to see the work at a glance. I can open a board and, within a few seconds, understand what’s in progress, what’s waiting on the client, and what’s late. The status labels, owners, and due dates are very clear, so there’s less guessing and fewer “who has this?” messages in Slack or email.

I also appreciate how visual and flexible it is. We use it for creative and marketing projects, but the same tool works just as well for production, planning, and even small internal tasks. Being able to add files, links, and updates directly to each item keeps the context in one place, rather than spread across different tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about monday Work Management is that I sometimes feel limited by the automations. For certain boards or specific request types, I’d really like to create more custom rules and logic—for example: “if this field has X value and the client is Y, move it here and notify this person.”

At the moment, you can do a lot with the built-in automations, but when it comes to more complex workflows, I wish I had a bit more flexibility to build my own “if/then” rules without having to rely on a workaround.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management mainly solves the problem of project chaos.

Before we started using it, a lot of our work lived across email, Slack, and random spreadsheets. Now, each client or campaign has its own board where we can see tasks, owners, due dates, and status all in one place. As a result, we have far fewer “Where is this?” or “Who has this file?” conversations.

It also helps us prioritize more effectively. When I open monday, I can quickly see what’s due today, what’s urgent, and what’s blocked by the client, which makes planning my day and the week ahead much easier.

For the team, the biggest benefit is having a shared view of the work. Creatives, account managers, and leads are all looking at the same boards, so there’s less miscommunication and fewer things slipping through the cracks. Overall, it saves us time, cuts down on follow-ups, and helps us deliver campaigns and assets in a more organized way.

Aesthetic, Easy-to-Use Collaboration Platform for Every Skill Level

  • February 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It creates a aesthetically pleasing, easy to use platform for users of all tech levels to collaborate in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
For those who were a bit more tech savvy some of the automation capabilities could not preform what our team needed them to do. I would reach out to their customer service team and would be told that the tool could not perform that. It seemed like I had to do a lot of work arounds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It created a simple CRM system for me and other departments to focus and work on together. It allowed me to create a seamless system for our social media workflow and posting schedule.

Practical, Easy Dashboards and a Structured Platform That Simplifies Reporting

  • February 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboards are practical and easy to use, and they work really well for large projects. The platform feels very structured, with an excellent control panel for generating reports. Creating tasks is much simpler now, and we have all the information we need right at our fingertips.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some actions require more clicks than expected, I wish there were more template options. Customer support is sometimes a bit slow, and some tools are less intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has improved our team's efficiency and provided me with a better experience. It significantly improves organization and fits perfectly into my workspace. It has allowed us to reduce administrative time, minimizing downtime.

User-Friendly and Intuitive, Perfect for Task Tracking

  • February 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management extremely user-friendly. The color schemes really pop to me, and I love the way it looks, especially because I have ADHD, and it aligns well with how my brain works. It feels very intuitive. I love the fact that I can automate things and customize it to track whatever I want. The initial setup was very easy and only took a couple of minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if I could have different columns in different groups on the same board, although I know that is sort of counter to how the boards work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track my tasks, client lists, to-do lists, and keeping track of ongoing group discussions in meetings.

Clean, Intuitive Boards That Keep Our Team Aligned and Productive

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I’m truly pleased with monday and the value and clarity of its management system. The interface is clean, intuitive, and easy to set up, allowing us to create highly impactful well-organized boards and simple workflows with barely a learning curve; making it simple for new users to get started immediately, as I add them. Whether task assignment, status tracking, updates, or essential collaboration tools, monday provides exactly what we need to stay aligned and productive. While many platforms reserve their best usability for higher-cost plans, monday stands out by offering a solid, thoughtfully designed foundation that supports efficient team organization and clear workflow management, even at the lower pricing tiers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our (apparent) inability to connect directly with a live sales entity to discuss upgrade options and have our upgrade related questions answered in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small instructional design house. Before monday, with our dozens of builds, projects, and partner clients running simultaneously, it was very difficult to easily see who was doing what, what was being hindered, and what critical tasks were slipping. Worse, managing content reviews, approvals, deadlines, and SME handoffs was messy with email threads and scattered course content and documents. Moreover, every designer works a little differently, which was leading to inconsistent processes, delays, and quality variance. Monday has allowed us to facilely encode proprietary workflows and to standardize our intake, storyboarding, course building, QA and review steps, ensuring every project follows the same proven sequence. Monday has also helped us streamline and track our content creation progress. We can now link directly to all associated files, drafts, and revisions within our work item updates.

Solid, Reliable monday.com for Smooth Cross-Department and Global Event Collaboration

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, monday.com's performance is solid and reliable. We have many departments, and we've defined them on monday so that any employee can move from one division to another. I like that we can collaborate on event planning with organizations in other countries, which is much simpler than holding virtual meetings or managing long email chains.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has saved our events team hours of planning, especially while coordinating with an organization in another country for an important event. I honestly have nothing negative to say—we haven’t run into any inconveniences or issues, and it has suited our needs perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday as our project management tool to track and communicate about projects. It has helped us reduce the number of emails in our inbox. We can also monitor everyone's progress, and all employees are trained to manage each client's progress.

Keeps My Clinic Tasks Organized and Easy to Track

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I use monday Work Management to keep track of routine clinic work that is easy to forget during busy hours. For example, I note follow-ups after consultations, small admin work, and content tasks for the week. This helps me not miss things when patients are coming in one after another.
It was easy to start using. I created a small board and added my daily work without any setup. Updating status and due dates is quick, so I can see what is pending and what I have already finished. This is useful when I have many small tasks in a day.
I open it a few times a week, and sometimes daily when work is heavy. The basic features like task list, notes, and priority are enough for me. I don’t use advanced features, but for simple clinic planning this works well.

When I needed to understand a small option, the in-app help was enough. It also fits into my routine because I plan work here and then do the actual calls, messages, or content work in my usual tools. This keeps my day more organized without making things complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the page takes a little time to load on slow internet, especially when many items are on the board. I also noticed that adding notes from the phone app is not as smooth as on desktop, so I prefer using it on the computer for updates. For small daily tasks, notifications can feel a bit extra if you don’t adjust them, so I had to turn a few off to avoid too many alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using monday Work Management, daily clinic tasks and follow-ups were mostly in my head or written in different places. During busy hours, it was easy to forget what was pending and what was already done. This created small delays in follow-ups and admin work.
Using monday gave me one place to note down work as it comes in. I can see what needs to be done today, what can wait, and what is already completed. This helps me plan my day better when the clinic is busy.
It also helps with follow-ups after consultations and content tasks that I plan for the week. I don’t have to rely on memory for these things anymore. Overall, it reduces missed follow-ups, saves small bits of time every day, and keeps my daily work more organized.

  • February 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows for our team to stay connected throughout multiple warehouses/facilities. We can share workspaces and update policies with a few short clicks. I really like being able to customize my workspace layout to tailor it to my specific needs. Adding videos from YouTube and training guides, accessing all that with a few short clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have not come across anything that I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday allows for our team to step up and take ownership of our progress, laying out or stats, giving us visual feedback on our progress in real time
