What do you like best about the product?

I really like monday Work Management for its incredible customization options. The ability to create different workflows and enhance them as needed is super helpful for our company. I also appreciate the intuitive user interface and how it looks. The automations are a standout feature, speeding up our processes significantly. It's amazing how a simple change in status can move tasks through our workflow seamlessly. Additionally, I enjoy the constant upgrades that keep improving the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would say there's a couple of small areas, like maybe integrating some features for accounting. We might not have explored it as in-depth as we could, and maybe we need some coaching on that. It would be great to have ways for our accounting team to integrate QuickBooks, add estimates, and work through the accounting side in Monday Work Management. Writing estimates or invoices to QuickBooks directly from Monday through an individual customer's line item would be really beneficial. So it could be that we just need to get better trained, but that's an area for improvement for us.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

monday Work Management resolves our CRM gap by handling customer orders efficiently from start to finish, and its customizations and automations enhance workflows significantly.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like the AI agents in monday Work Management. They are excellent for automating tasks and assist me in my daily work. I have created several of these agents, and they have truly made my organization easier. For example, they provide me with reports of my tasks every morning, which greatly helps me in time management and writing client reports. It also allows me not to resort to other AIs that may be limited and costly.

What do you dislike about the product?

At the moment, I have nothing to report. For improvements, I suggest more views offered in the tables instead of Yes, there are already several views, but I propose other views.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

monday Work Management centralizes my tasks, automates reminders and daily reports, facilitating time management and client reports.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like Monday's simple interface. The "my work" section is my favorite because it lets me change the status of things easily and organize them by different filters, which really streamlines my productivity. It's versatile and caters to different organizing styles. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciated. I'd definitely recommend it to others.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think the "My work" feature on Monday is the best part, but it could be improved. It should be more visible, directly on the home menu, instead of being tucked behind three dots. Also, I've noticed sometimes things don't show up there, or on the overall calendar, even when they've been assigned to me, which can be frustrating. It's important for this feature to be glitch-free.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday solves disorganization issues by synchronizing everything into one joint calendar, allowing bosses to assign tasks to everyone, and allowing users to organize everything by a variety of different filters. This prevents important tasks from slipping through the cracks. It also lets you post updates on items and tag people and saves the dates, so you can see the entire progression of an item from beginning to end. Its simple interface and "my work" section streamline productivity and cater to diverse organizational methods.

What do you like best about the product?

I'm not as familiar with the new AI features on the Monday Work Platform but it does a good job of keeping our team across multiple locations up-to-date with current tasks.

What do you dislike about the product?

As with anything AI, there is always the need to proofread or double check its work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

If I'm not sure how to compartmentalize or find a task, asking the AI gets me there faster.

We use it to generate schedules for special things like predictive maintenance on our equipment

It is not 100% accurate, but relies on the user to enter extremely specific details prior to generating the results

I love the color coding, the ease of creating tasks the team can see, and ability to create visibility and progress updates across projects.

The ability for our support team, account management team, and project management to all see what is happening in our organization is key to success across all teams.

What do you like best about the product?

I like being able to organize things across multiple boards, tracking tasks across multiple team members, and tracking progress on everything that's going on in my business. I also enjoy being able to track tasks and allocate them to team members and break projects down into next actions. The ability to see what's going on across various divisions and workflows helps me reallocate tasks or priorities to prevent team members from becoming overwhelmed while still achieving our goals. The initial setup was very simple because the program is intuitive and easy to use.

I think the Myspace could use some configuration.

monday Work Management helps with workflow management, task tracking, and ensuring actions are followed up on. It's useful for organizing tasks across multiple teams and projects, keeping everyone aligned, and reallocating priorities effectively without overloading team members.

The AI credits run out quickly; every automation consumes credit.

Automating the tasks and integrations with various development tools makes the workflow little efficient.

I really like monday Work Management for its ease of use and how quick it is. The user interface is great, and I can customize the platform the way I want, so everything I need to see is right in front of me. The dynamic way it lets me see where I am with projects across other users without any delay is really useful. Everything works as it should, and the loading speed is impressive. Also, it integrates well with other software we use, like Hatch. I've used other data tracking software, but monday Work Management is the best in terms of being user-friendly and efficient. I feel completely satisfied with its current functionality.

Data protection is top-notch, and the product has an attractive design. This tool provides strong data security while also making it easier to collaborate with colleagues. Communication feels clearer when we work together in it, and I really like its collaborative nature.

It might be necessary to do more work to explain its elements in detail, because there aren’t many functions described or clear instructions on how to use it. I’d also like to see more integrations.

We have all the relevant information in one place, which makes it easy to manage project schedules. It also helps me connect with my team in the best way and keeps us aligned and in touch. Overall, it has made management enormously easier for our department.
