What do you like best about the product?

I use monday Work Management daily for my work at the funeral home. It keeps everything streamlined and auto-populates our decedents into different places, which makes taking care of their cases from start to finish simple. I like being able to personalize it to make it work for me. I love color-coding my board to look however I want, and I would be nothing without the note-taking sections. The setup was super user friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the auto-populations get glitchy and have to be corrected. When new cases generate on my board, it sometimes randomly adds buttons that are already clicked when they come over. I know bugs happen with any tech and are to be expected.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use monday Work Management to keep everything streamlined. It auto-populates our decedents into different places, making it simple to take care of each case from start to finish.

I like the navigation. It’s easy to use and easy to navigate.

I think monday Work Management’s pricing and tiering are a bit high right now. A lot of what it does, I could do internally using stuff like Claude, and the price could be an issue for a small business.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We built monday Work Management to move from old legacy systems to something new. It solved a ton of problems—50 odd—and creates efficiencies throughout the whole business.

What do you like best about the product?

I love how it automates repetitive updates; it’s truly a perfect project management tool. I also appreciate its ability to streamline every aspect of communication, since it makes it much easier to manage multiple projects at the same time. Overall, it really simplifies and optimizes communication.

What do you dislike about the product?

The wide range of functions can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and the placement of some features isn’t very intuitive. The notification system can also be a lot to manage, and sometimes I wish there were more automation features to help streamline things.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Deadline reminders help keep our entire team coordinated, and they’ve been a huge help for me when managing projects. The system also makes it easy for managers to track progress and ensures that all project information stays organized. On top of that, the accessible task management features simplify the overall process and make day-to-day work easier to follow.

It is very very simple to understand, Managing workflow and creating the boards you need is very easy

I wish boards could save data between each other

It has made updating order changes and customer contacting very easy for all staff

I appreciate the functionality, and the fact that the system continues to update as times change.

We can’t add our logo to automations to make it look better when the client receives it

Whenever I’m not sure how to do a certain task, I just ask the AI, and it gives me clear, easy-to-follow instructions.

What do you like best about the product?

It’s extremely user-friendly. It’s easy to navigate and simple to use, and overall it offers a lot of functionality for creating new tables, graphs, and layouts. The integrations are second to none. We integrate with multiple tools and APIs we already use, which makes our lives easier. It works well, loads quickly, and has fantastic uptime, especially after the more recent updates. The price is very competitive—if not better than other CRMs. Support is phenomenal: they get back to us quickly, resolve our issues, and stay friendly whenever something comes up. The BI-(Business Intelligence) tools built-in also make analysis a breeze.

Our company uses it daily as our primary CRM, and we were genuinely happy once we finally found a tool that works with our data and workflow while still fitting our budget. The automations save us time, and we’ve set them up on every board. It’s also allowed us to scale our data and CRM as our company grows. The task tracking and simplified views make it feel both intelligent and quick to work with. Highly recommended.

Previously, before the updates, it was a bit sluggish to work with, but they've refined it well enough that I no longer have complaints.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving problems, quite a few of them. It makes it easy and quick to use for our employees. Because of that, we're able to track more data and have greater accuracy. It reduced the friction to enter our data.

It is a collaborative tool that has preset tables and templates that are useful. Also, some dashboards are nice.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are features that we use other tools like Mural that are more easy to work all at the same time during calls.

KPIs via dashboards are nice, also to use for correspondence is beneficial.

It makes organising my complex and high volume of projects and stakeholders much easier than any other software I’ve used before

Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy and the automations can mess up

The integrations are great. My team uses page proof daily

The ease of the software, the layout and the available AI option. It helps me manage my tasks by priority, manage my customers data.

More basic tutorials and make companies aware of updates ahead of time.
