What do you like best about the product?

I like that the whole team is connected through monday Work Management, which allows us to collaborate on projects and assign tasks to each other. This feature helps us all stay on the same page regarding our responsibilities in specific projects. I really like the ability to tag coworkers and assign projects, so we all know what we need to do. I also love the feature where you can add a status to projects, like if they need to be reviewed, are in progress,, and even set priorities. This makes it helpful because we're all aware of the statuses, enabling us to effectively pass work off to each other. It clarifies what needs to be done first. Additionally, I really like the date feature, which lets me look at projects based on their due dates and helps me get a clear vision of my to-do list.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the sub items get a little confusing. If it's on your 'my work' tab, it's hard to see the parent subject or the main project, so that is a little hard to find at times. It was a learning curve at the beginning. I feel like it was kinda hard to find everything. But once you get into the groove of it, and understand the different tabs, and assigning projects it makes it a lot easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use monday Work Management to organize projects with statuses and priorities, keeping the team aligned. It helps us stay connected, aware of each other's tasks, and effectively hand off work. The date feature provides a clear vision of my to-do list.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that it helps me organize my work, assign responsibilities, and make everything my team does visible. I also manage files within it, and I use Monday to collaborate with external vendors as well.

What do you dislike about the product?

It’s not always clear to me where to find certain features, so I prefer to rely on an external AI platform to learn how to share boards with specific permissions, and so on.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I haven’t used it yet.

All my data can easily be organized and stored in one place with necessary linkages, different views and one-touch analysis (eg graphs, counters, etc)

What do you dislike about the product?

I don't like the AI load in per se but I haven't dug too heavily into it. I'd love to include AI agents but as a nonprofit, we cannot afford the extra cost right now

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

One touch data analysis - that's something we rely on, answers to quick questions across our entire data set.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like being able to add multiple owners, assignees, and followers to each task. It’s also very easy to assign tasks at set intervals, and the notifications are excellent when tasks get assigned. Overall, it supports clear communication with the team, is ideal for detailed task tracking, and helps me communicate and work more effectively within my department.

What do you dislike about the product?

It has been useful for fostering teamwork, so so far I don’t have any complaints. That said, the design isn’t very intuitive and can be quite confusing, and the learning curve feels somewhat steep for certain types of users.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s an agile tool that has helped us improve our project management. It’s especially well suited for people who multitask. It lets us work the way we prefer, manage our time more efficiently, and stay focused on the tasks that matter most.

What do you like best about the product?

I find monday Work Management easy to train personnel with, which makes onboarding much smoother. The OCR feature is something I enjoy, adding to the flexibility of the platform. The initial setup only took a week, and it was awesome, which speaks to its user-friendliness.

Nothing so far.

I find monday Work Management solves language and flexibility issues and is easy to train personnel on.

There are only two levels, and it would really help to have more.

I really like the layout and the visual aspects of monday Work Management; it's really intuitive. I appreciate all the options with statuses, labels, and different things like that. The Gantt chart is also a great feature, especially for some repeating tasks from semester to semester. The automations are really helpful too.

Not much. Great platform.

I use monday Work Management for project management, organizing large projects, and remembering key tasks like student responses and course updates. It helps ensure each task in a big project is complete.

I like how simple and user-friendly monday Work Management is. It's easy to use, quick to navigate, and doesn't take much time to manage our projects. I really like the visibility it gives us on our projects and helps the team stay on the same page, making it easy for everyone to know what's happening with each project without having to ask for updates.

monday Work Management keeps our colleagues organized, automates email follow-ups, and consolidates project communication and information in one place.

What do you like best about the product?

This is a very helpful project management platform. I can easily keep track of deadlines, upload files, and stay on top of everything in one place. Great value for money. It makes it easier for users to stay on top of everything, and it is beginner friendly

What do you dislike about the product?

There are limited items you can put on your work board.

We don’t miss deadlines. The automations are easy to understand, set up, and create.
