What do you like best about the product?

I love the gamification for my team when they need to complete tasks. It’s also great that the status items are so easy for the team to update.

What do you dislike about the product?

I dislike that the AI integrations seem to take too long to load. For example, when I ask for AI insights, it’s often quicker to pull the files myself and upload them into an AI agent with a screenshot. I actually did this because the “thinking” was taking too long.

Also, the automations and AI features don’t seem as easy to navigate as the standard automations. For a task as important as automation, they should be clearer and easier to understand. AI is great, but it’s always “trust, but verify.”

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Right now, there isn’t really anything on the AI side that’s solving my problems. A few times, I’ve run into a prompt telling me I don’t have the right account level to use certain features, which feels a bit strange. Honestly, that’s turned me off from even trying. I don’t want to think I’m going to use a tool to save time and effort, only to get a pop-up that blocks me from continuing.

What do you like best about the product?

Easy to use interface. Easy to share projects with coworkers.

I haven't fully had time to do the training yet so I am need to work on that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Different integrations with other software.

There are so many updates to monday with AI that I haven't had time to explore them all. Right now I appreciate the AI in work management forms. It cuts my time creating form by at least half if not more.

Similar to what I said in the previous question, there is so much going on that it is overwhelming and difficult to understand all that is offered and what is in our current pricing plan.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like how seamlessly it lets me collaborate with colleagues across different departments, and how easy it is to share project progress with customers. It helps us structure, organise, and plan multiple projects at once, and the automation features—when set up correctly—are a real game changer for me. It’s user-friendly and brings my department together with others so we’re all working in step. I’ve never experienced any downtime, so the performance and reliability have been excellent. The pricing feels in line with what you get, and I can’t complain about it. The support and after-sales team genuinely listen, and the assistance they provide has been very useful.

What do you dislike about the product?

The initial setup of our boards and structures involved a bit of trial-and-error, but that’s understandable when you’re working with new software and tools.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Historically, we’ve struggled to stay aligned across different departments in our organization, and Monday has been a huge help in getting everyone on the same page and in sync.

What do you like best about the product?

This is one of the easiest Gantt chart tools I’ve tried so far, thanks to its pleasant, subtle color scheme and well-organized layout. The design feels clean, simple, and easy to understand: you can drag and drop tasks, create dependencies, and adjust timelines without having to dig through menus. Even as a student, I picked it up quickly and didn’t need any training to get started.

What do you dislike about the product?

It has been an exceptional tool for our project management needs. It adapts well to our requirements and has been especially useful because it helps me spot bottlenecks and identify critical paths more clearly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Templates, online editing, and bulk actions let me create a plan in minutes. The drag-and-drop feature has saved me time and helped me manage tasks quickly. It also makes it easy to break large projects into smaller tasks, assign specific deadlines, and keep everything organized. Overall, it has helped me plan my work more effectively and finish it on time.

What do you like best about the product?

I like monday Work Management because it has a highly customizable interface and the dashboards offer excellent visibility into ongoing projects. It allows us to organize work into batches, helping in tracking ownership, deadlines, and priorities. The automation features are also beneficial as they reduce manual administrative work.

Setting up complex workflows is a task, and as the number of projects grows, it becomes a challenge to remember if naming conventions are not followed. Also, the initial setup was a bit difficult.

monday Work Management organizes complex projects, providing a centralized platform for planning and managing workload, improving visibility into projects, and reducing manual work through automation.

You can tailor it to your business needs, which makes your workflows much easier and more streamlined.

The add-ons or additional apps don’t always work the way you want them to, since they’re controlled by a third party, and you can’t speak with IT directly.

They are currently working on note transferring. However, when you pull a report, you can’t include the notes or the emails that were sent in that report. This is a feature that isn’t currently provided.

I like that it simplifies my daily work and helps me get things done more efficiently.

Sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming because there are so many features, and it takes time to learn everything.

monday AI Work Platform helps reduce manual work by automating repetitive tasks and keeping everything organized in one place. It saves me time and makes it easier to stay on top of my work.

What do you like best about the product?

I like monday Work Management because it helps me keep track of what I'm doing, which is really useful. I can invite someone else to work with me, assign tasks to others, or ask for help if needed. I also like the way I can add links and share notes about what I'm working on, just in case I run into any problems. I think it's perfect. It's very easy to use, and you can teach yourself how to work with it. The setup was very easy, too. They created an account for me, and after watching a two-minute YouTube video, I was able to get started. So far, I think it's great.
