What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to navigate the platform is very intuitive and makes managing tasks straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can feel a bit cluttered with too many features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of all our projects and easily reference past activity when needed. It also keeps our leads organized and allows us to communicate with customers directly through email integration, all within one platform.
Effortlessly Track and Manage Tasks with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I love the feature that allows me to track my tasks and apply different labels and statuses to them, which helps in the prioritization of tasks. The ability to track tasks and apply different labels makes my life ten times easier, so I don't have to remember everything all the time. I can make notes, tasks, and lists on monday Work Management, which helps me not forget important details and provides a steady structure for my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would appreciate it if there was a feature whereby I could create meetings directly from monday Work Management, however if this is already possible then that is brilliant then I am just not aware of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to manage workflows, track tasks, and keep records of daily tasks for client onboarding in property management. It helps me remember due tasks, track client onboarding stages, and provides structure with task labels and statuses, making my work ten times easier.

It’s easy to keep tasks up to date, and it also makes it simple to collaborate with other users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations could be more refined and better suited to complex needs, with improved compatibility for more advanced workflows.

We needed several departments to collaborate on a project, and it helped keep everyone up to date on who was focusing on which tasks and their current status.
Streamlined Property Management with monday.com
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management to manage Property Management at my company. I like having a central dashboard that shows all our properties, making status tracking easy with real-time updates from the team. Task boards help ensure no cleans or maintenance are missed, and the central communication fosters accountability within the team and aids in history searching. What I like most is that I have visibility and control at all times, allowing me to track workflows and performance, making sure nothing gets missed. The ease of initial setup was very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
A built-in ticketing system would be a great addition. Direct linking to Airbnb and Booking.com would be a great feature. It would also be great if it could be directly linked to our PMS system for automated cleaning tasks and guest-reported maintenance tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps us track daily workflows, manage contractor CRM, and log issues with a central dashboard. Real-time updates, task boards, and centralized communication improve status tracking, accountability, and organization, allowing us to scale operations effectively.

I use monday.com to organize my life and connect tasks from multiple departments into one safe space
What do you dislike about the product?
There are limitations with certain customizations, which can be frustrating. Also, when I copy things, it adds “(COPY)” and then I have to go in and remove all of that.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely apt to fit whatever project management type of need there is for a team. The flexibility and depth of the programming has been exponentially helpful for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the extend of the programming equally causes a barrier to entry or struggle for new or medium-level skill users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving for our complex need when it comes to Marketing initiatives and keeping our team organized and on track.
Effective Project Management, Needs Better Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I find assigning people in monday Work Management great and appreciate that they receive an email notification. It's also relatively easy to set up, which makes getting started smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were some way to report on projects easier. And better cross-project portfolio management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to keep my team updated on project status, client health, next steps, and completed work. Assigning people is great, especially since they receive an email.
Helpful and Easy to Access, but Too Many Tabs Can Cause Freezing

Frankly, monday Work Management is incredibly efficient and well-constructed, it literally serves us in every way. Everything is in one place and accessible to the entire team, making things simple and practical on a daily basis. I particularly appreciate the superb visuals that make the use pleasant and the intuitive nature of the software. I love that everything is centralized, and the platform offers incredible flexibility with a clear and pleasing visual. The real-time tracking and the structure of the software reduce errors, and collaboration is greatly simplified. The automation is also super practical and helps avoid oversights, duplicates, and reduces errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration of construction site photo tracking and integrated schedules would make the tool even more comprehensive for the construction field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is centralized in the same place with incredible flexibility. It offers a clear and pleasant visual, real-time tracking, and a structure that reduces errors. Automation helps to avoid omissions, duplicates, and decreases errors.
Structure-Rich Tool with Minor UI Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the structure and organizational nature of monday Work Management. The functions of the boards, groups, and tasks help me visualize the project and keep monthly, weekly, and daily tasks organized, which is especially useful for long projects. Additionally, the initial setup was super easy. I'd rate it 10/10.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface has some glitches/lags. Sometimes tasks populate oddly & are hard to use. Also the calendar often is awkward to use. Calendar should appear above the task always - not below the fold.
