User-Friendly Task Tracking With Top-Notch Performance and Great Pricing

What do you like best about the product?
Having the possibility of tracking tasks, projects and pending stuff we need to keep track of in our company.

UI is very user-friendly and anybody can jump in and learn the essentials in a short amount of time, saving adoption times during onboarding process for all new users.

AI helper can make some mistakes but I believe it's still coniderably dependable and helped me a lot for specific migration tasks between workspaces.

Performance is top-notch, any decent internet connection will work with the solution.

I have not tried the integrations yet, but I did browse a bit, they seem very well-thought-out and easy to set up, I will most likely start using the Gmail ones to make sure emails can be converted into tasks for easier tracking.

Pricing is one of the best in the market, I tell this both as a former seller for Monday and a current user, it's simply that good.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI helper needs a bit more work on, I had to write very specific prompts for him to actually get a full scope.

Nevertheless, it works, it did get the job done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me and my team to keep track of all the pending tasks, projects, and events we have.

Before this, we relied on a very manual process. It worked, but it didn’t give us the same level of organization or efficiency that Monday provides us now.

Effortless Project Tracking with Seamless Google & Dropbox Attachments

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to set up, manage, and keep track of tasks and projects, and it doesn’t require any training to get started. I honestly can’t imagine life without it. I also like that it lets you attach documents from Google or Dropbox, which makes it much simpler to work across different projects without juggling files. Another big advantage is that they’re constantly improving the application, so it keeps getting better over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday Work has it all. I have nothing negative to say, it has allowed us to stay on top of all our projects, even those shared with others, and it also keeps us focused on each of our individual tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it in my daily work. It works very quickly and syncs perfectly across all devices, whether it's a computer or a mobile phone. Primarily, it allows me to have an overview of what's happening in the organization and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it is easy to build campaigns and assign people. I also LOVE their AI integrations they recently added. I love the AI assistant for help with automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes a challenge to use, but it just takes learning the platform. It is intuitive though, so you are usually able to figure things out. I've been on it for about a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping our cross collaboration on our team a ton. It is also helping content planning as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of monday Work Management because it is very friendly and intuitive to use. The automations save us a lot of time and make the process more fluent. I also appreciate the reporting features because it's very easy to track all the things we do and get reports that help us evaluate progress and achievements with the team. I'm surprised by the speed with which monday.com keeps the platform updated and adds new features to improve it. The setup was kind of easy, and we always had support from the monday.com support team.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using monday Work Management for the organization and reminders of tasks. It helps keep me on task to ensure deadlines are met. What I like most is its user-friendly interface and how it aids in organization. The reminders feature is particularly useful as they are emailed to me, notifying when budgets or PICs are due. We keep track of board members and their terms, so monday Work Management can notify us when a term has lapsed. Additionally, I found the initial setup easy, which adds to its user-friendliness.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a certain task is completed, I have difficulty or it gets confusing when a new task is populated. Ensuring what's been completed and that the dates are correct can be challenging.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, my experience with monday.com has been highly positive and transformative for our workflow. The UI/UX is exceptionally intuitive, which significantly streamlined our Onboarding process for both technical and field teams.

From a strategic perspective, the platform delivers a strong ROI; its Performance remains stable even under the heavy data load of a large-scale rollout. We have also started leveraging AI / Intelligence features to summarize updates and predict project bottlenecks, which adds a layer of proactive management.

The seamless Integrations with our existing tech stack have turned the platform into our centralized 'single source of truth.' Combined with highly responsive Support, the platform has allowed us to manage complex phases with greater precision and minimal administrative overhead, justifying the Pricing through clear operational efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
As the project scales, managing navigation and dependencies across multiple boards and workspaces can become slightly cluttered. While the 'Search Everything' tool is useful, a more streamlined way to visualize and manage cross-board dependencies would be a significant improvement. When handling a high volume of active boards, the interface can feel a bit overwhelmed. Maybe because i have a PRO licence, not buisness license
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the context of a large-scale software rollout, the primary problem monday.com solves is fragmented coordination. Managing multiple service stations requires precise timing between site surveys, pre-checks, and final installations. Without a centralized tool, information often gets lost in long email threads or static spreadsheets. Monday.com replaces this chaos with a real-time, visual roadmap that ensures technical and commercial teams are always in sync.

The main benefit is operational scale and visibility. I can now monitor the progress of dozens of stations simultaneously through high-level dashboards, allowing me to identify and resolve bottlenecks before they delay the project.

the platform is really easy to use, a very friendly and complete tool.

connecting Monday with apps like slack is a game changer you can receive notifications and don't miss ay update.

some times the platform is slow, but I think hit is because the tons of information it manage from the company.

the price is worth of what you can use or do, in comparison with other project managers like trello, Monday is a really complete app that incudes Ai future to create boards and optimice.

the training for Monday use is super easy, the most difficult thing is learn about the company tangs, not the app

it can be really slow and the mobile app is the worst I've ever used. even whit wifi it always says there is a problem..

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy monday Work Management is to use. The notifications keep us informed when a task needs to be updated, and tags help us connect with the correct staff member. I also appreciate the app, as it ensures you can manage tasks on the go. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, and over time we've been able to build an optimal platform for our needs.

Integrations could be stronger but they do not affect our day to day work currently
