Using monday.com has enabled us to manage over 300 projects per year successfully.
What do you like best about the product?
Its ease of use and the possibility to put projects back in the hands of our teams has really professionalized the way we work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday should be able to handle volume over all workspaces. Planning resources and having overview of all projects in relation to availability and possibilities to further optimize our workforce allocation is still to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to understand our business and project performance. Allowing us to have teams working together at scale.

Incredible visuals and extensive versatility
What do you like best about the product?
The extent of the customisable options and versatile choices make it perfect for project management and organising workflow. The aesthetic appeal of the platform really stands out over others and makes it thoroughly enjoyable and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have hundreds of individual boards it can be a little difficult to locate certain ones, however this is similar across many platforms and if anything I think Monday.com organise it the best overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows simple organisation and great structure to laying out projects and tasks which I hasnt experienced to this level before.
Easy to use but thorough program
What do you like best about the product?
In this program you can make easy boards to make things overseeable but you can also make it very complex and complete yet still in an easy way. With minday everyone can program they own interfaces
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes experience ratelimits which holds us back from being productive

Everyone has the right info at hand and monday is our main source of that. It's easy to read and we can give the right people the right permissions

- Pricing is steep but represents fair value delivered in terms of man-hours saved by automating processes

- Automates data collection from our customers via monday forms with email and text messaging reminders
- Automated data processing and safe keeping via automation
- Acts as a hub for multiple other platforms by gathering data via zappier, processing the data and automating tasks in other platforms

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep track of projects, lists and tasks at different levels. Lots of improvements are added.
What do you dislike about the product?
only the fact that you have to pay extra for apps in the marketplace that should be part of Monday's features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
helping to implement workflows in projects and keeping everything in one place which is very necessary when working with lots of people and across teams.
It has been a great help to keep things organized!

The way you can easily customize everything

The calculations (formula feature) have some restrictions, for example, it will only make calculation with values on the same row.

It's super useful to keep things organized and to run different reports.
for architects - A lot of possibility, but not quite there.
What do you like best about the product?
I can collaborate with other team members, cloud base we can access the platform anywhere as long there is internet, easy for anyone to use and learn. it is very scalable, we can make use of it for simple tasks, or make it as complex as we can to create creative solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
to some degree, some of the more complex solutions require a lot of time for us to invest. we understand that it has the capability and potential for complex solutions, but it does require a more technical skills to produce.
the function of uploading photos / images into the table does not exist! very surprising monday.com does not have it. for certain scheduling needs, still could not replace excel for certain functions.

We are an architectural practice and principal design consultants
we needed a common platform for work collaboration and task scheduling with other team members across multiple projects. We needed a platform that can provide these multiple solutions and a single point where other team members can use and refer to.

A great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to use and keep track of your work/tasks. It's great to be able to provide information with colleagues easily & efficiently
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it's difficult to add automations sometimes. There are resources to help figure them out, but sometimes I don't have the time to do that
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday.com finally gave us a clear view of every task our teams were working on.
What do you like best about the product?
It's straightforward. It isn't trying to be a database, AI, messenger hub, etc. We needed a platform where my project managers could populate boards with team members, projects, and tasks. We needed the dependencies to work and not need a degree to figure out. Monday.com just works and is easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to upgrade I believe 1 or 2 tiers up in order to have private boards. I understand the incentive there but other platforms have private boards for free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the CEO, I want to be able to open up a project board and see everyone involved, all the tasks and their statuses, and specifically if there are any delays. I want to see when the delay started and when it was resolved. Keeping our clients updated and happy is a key role I take very seriously so if something is slowing down, I need to know.
An essential management tool I use daily
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very intuitive and very easy to use. I personally like the design of the boards. My team uses the platform daily and it is an essential tool for us. It is also easy to create boards and add information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to filter tasks per assigned person.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of the hiring process and candidates' statuses.
