Easy-to-Use UI, Powerful Integrations, and Helpful AI Features - A GAME CHANGER
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is easy to use, and there are so many ways to manage data that it’s almost crazy. I haven’t had any performance issues so far. The integrations with Gmail and my Skylight calendar are amazing and make it much easier to stay on top of things. The price is much lower than comparable systems, and there are a lot of options to tailor it to your own use. I’ve also had only good experiences with support. The AI section has been especially useful for setting up custom boards and tracking “odd” items.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of that could be added is an in-menu tutorial explaining how features like mirror columns work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every part of every job is managed in one place. Whether John needs to see a drawing, Jane needs to review an invoice, or Jean needs to check when fabrication is scheduled, it’s all right there in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a wonderful tool for staying organize. I use it to keep up with processes for large books of business. It is my daily go-to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Monday does not save when I sort my columns. Although I hit save, I have to constantly sort when reentering the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solve my organization problems It benefits me because it helps me to meet deadlines on time and keep track of things that may fall through the cracks.

User-Friendly and Intuitive, Needs Better External Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I find the interface of monday Work Management to be user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to use with a short learning curve. It keeps all information centralized with useful UI options, making information easy to access and digest. This is especially helpful for colleagues with different tenure to understand the same message. The filter and search functions make organization quite easy. The product also offers better visibility, ease of use, a better multi-user experience, and functionalities tailored to my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel it is a bit hard to link it to other external platforms, such as Google Sheets and Excel. I would like to see live links to Google Sheets and easier to access options to extract information into Excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management keeps all information centralized with a user-friendly UI, improving visibility and ease of use. It enhances project tracking and workflow review, while making information accessible and organization easy with its filter and search functions.
Easy Setup, Flexible Customization, and Real-Time Financial Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like most is how easy it is to set up a project. It also offers more visual customization than other similar products, which makes it simpler to tailor the experience to what I need. On top of that, it gives me real-time visibility into the relationship between labor, contracts, rates, and billing, so I can plan feature projects more effectively and spot gaps in my financial planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
These aren’t superfluous features added just for show; they’re genuinely useful functions that support our company’s day-to-day operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company migrated from a previous ERP system that was very cumbersome to use. In the time we’ve been using this new software, it has far surpassed the one we relied on for years.

What do you like best about the product?
The improved AI features and automations. Integrations with other services are very helpful. I use AI to push updates to boards instead of doing so manually. Then I add automations to the boards. I now have more of an assistant helping me with task management.

The built in AI assistant isn't so great. I prefer using external AI via MCP

Task management has become so much easier now. Saves me a lot of time. The UI is intuitive and easy to use and get around so this also becomes a time saver.

What stands out most is how visual and intuitive the boards are. Our team was up and running within a day — no lengthy onboarding or training sessions needed.
The ability to switch between Kanban, Gantt, calendar, and timeline views depending on who's looking at the data has been a game-changer for us.

Pricing can get steep as you scale the team, especially to unlock some of the more advanced automation and reporting features
The mobile app, while functional, doesn't quite match the desktop experience — navigating complex boards on mobile feels a bit clunky.

Before monday, our project tracking was scattered across spreadsheets and email threads, which made it hard to get a clear picture of what was on track and what was slipping

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about monday Work Management is how it keeps everything in one place, we can manage all our work on a single platform and easily track progress across tasks and projects. The automations are also super useful and make everyday workflows much smoother and faster.

What I dislike is that it can feel a bit overwhelming at first, with so many features and customization options.

monday Work Management helps solve the problem of scattered work across emails, chats, and spreadsheets by bringing everything into one platform. It makes it easier to assign tasks, track progress in real time, and stay aligned with the team. This improves visibility, reduces missed updates, and saves time on follow-ups, making day-to-day work much more organised and efficient.
Intuitive and Innovative, But Needs More Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy monday Work Management is to use, and the new AI features are really cool. They help set up boards for us. I recently used one of the AI boards to redo our inventory process for IT equipment. It was very easy to build; we just typed in a brief overview of what we needed, and the board was built out in seconds. The initial setup of the platform was pretty easy, and although we faced a few hurdles because it was new to us, the support from monday.com was very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of boards that we can have, we currently are maxed out. And without upgrading, we're unable to get new boards. So that has been a bit of a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for project management across departments. Its ease of use, cool AI features, and the ability to quickly build boards streamline our inventory process and make us more efficient than using Google Chat.
