What do you like best about the product?

I love that I can assign tasks and track their progress all in one place, even across multiple projects.

What do you dislike about the product?

Occasionally, the zaps can be difficult to create.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Accountability. We’re able to hold staff accountable and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?

It helps me keep my day on track. Without Monday.com, I wouldn’t always know the status of my day-to-day tasks, and it’s where I start and end my workday. It keeps me focused, on task, and organized. There are so many helpful features, yet it’s still an easy platform to learn and use.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only downside I can think of is that I’m not using Monday.com to its fullest. It feels like there are so many other things I could automate or incorporate to help me run more efficiently, and I’m probably missing a lot of what it can do. I just wish there were an easy way to dive into Monday.com and really learn its true potential. Also, I wish it could send texts, not just emails and notifications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The dashboard for our top producers is supposed to let me filter and view quarterly results, but it’s really wonky and doesn’t filter correctly. However, with the new AI Monday.com is bringing in, I can stay right in the board and ask AI questions there, and it can pull and analyze the data for me easily.

What do you like best about the product?

It makes managing my workflow a lot easier on a day-to-day basis.

Sometimes it feels unnecessary for smaller things.

It helps me spread the work load throughout the shop

What I like most is that monday.com is flexible enough to adapt to different workflows instead of forcing us into a fixed process. We use it to keep track of tasks, deadlines, and project progress, and it's easy to see who owns what without digging through chat messages.

What do you dislike about the product?

One thing I don't like is that the platform can feel overwhelming at first because there are so many features and customization options. It takes some time for new team members to understand how everything is organized.

monday.com has helped solve the problem of keeping project information scattered across emails, chat messages, and spreadsheets. Having tasks, updates, files, and timelines in one place makes it much easier to track progress and identify blockers before they become bigger issues.

What do you like best about the product?

For me, the best feature is cross-departmental activity management, which lets different teams work within TTD. It has greatly simplified the work for my entire team. The platform is incredibly versatile and easy to use across multiple platforms and tabs at the same time, and it handles our daily tasks smoothly. Another favorite feature of mine is the ability to update task progress, which makes it easier to stay aligned on what’s moving forward.

This platform helps me set clear expectations for my team. Since we started using it, we’ve been able to complete tasks on time and without any issues, which has made our day-to-day work feel more organized and predictable.

It helps me manage time within the department, track the progress of projects and tasks, and monitor them at specific points in time. It also lets us coordinate and bring together multiple datasets and data collections in one place, integrating everything so we can track and monitor it more effectively.

I like how I can add subitems as tasks, which helps me keep my projects on track.

sometimes gets a little messy and i dont like that i cant delete some items

the integrations to automate tasks, send notifications within other platforms, emails, etc. is very helpful

What I like best about monday AI Work Platform is how it centralizes projects, tasks, and team communication in one place while reducing manual work through automation and AI features. The customizable boards make it easy to tailor workflows to different teams, and the dashboards provide clear visibility into project progress and deadlines. The platform is intuitive, improves collaboration, and helps keep everyone aligned, making it easier to manage priorities and stay on track.

What do you dislike about the product?

One downside is that some of the more advanced features and automations have a learning curve, especially for new users. As workflows become more complex, setting up dashboards, permissions, and integrations can take time. Additionally, some useful features are only available on higher-tier plans, which may be limiting for smaller teams. Overall, these are minor drawbacks compared to the platform's flexibility and overall value.

monday AI Work Platform has helped us solve the challenge of keeping projects, tasks, and deadlines organized across multiple teams. Instead of relying on spreadsheets and email chains, we can manage everything in one centralized platform with clear ownership and real-time status updates. The automation and AI features also reduce repetitive administrative work, allowing us to spend more time on higher-value tasks. As a result, our team communicates more effectively, stays on schedule, and has better visibility into project progress.

What do you like best about the product?

The ability to track and maintain project updates in real time is essential for staying up to date as deadlines shift and project requirements change.

What do you dislike about the product?

Our IT system won’t allow it to fully integrate with Outlook or Teams. Aside from that limitation, there’s nothing I dislike about the Monday.com platform.

It keeps the team up to date on project changes and deadlines, and it also lets us track performance in real time.

What do you like best about the product?

So easy to use. The UI interface is great and easy to manage. Never have any performance issues with great Pricing and support.

What do you dislike about the product?

I've not found anything to deter me from using Monday

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Easy integration with Calendly allowing me to work effectively across platforms minimising time spent getting things done

What do you like best about the product?

I like the Description section, and I also appreciate being able to label tickets the way I want.

What do you dislike about the product?

It's incredibly slow for no reason & it effects workflow.

Not many besides strengthening internal team communication.
