What do you like best about the product?

I find it really simple to use and the look is set out in a way that just works! I use the automation's to support on-boarding and keep staff files complaint. We also use the forms in all of the departments they are so simple to create and work perfectly, they are extremely user friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?

There is nothing I dislike, for what I use it for it is perfect to me!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me keep staff files complaint for Ofsted and supporting me to share the progress of applications with the wider team.

The application is compatible with various platforms, and I really like its hierarchical project organization. It’s easy to use, which makes project management straightforward. The files are also easy to understand, and it lets me visualize the progress of activities while managing the time spent on each task.

What do you dislike about the product?

The screen freezes fairly often, and at times the diagrams become distorted. Overall, the graphical interface could use some improvement to make it feel smoother and more reliable.

The tool helps define dependencies between tasks and is used to manage infrastructure. It reduces overall project costs and can handle some tasks independently. It also adapts to my workflow and gives me a shared platform to collaborate on.

What I love most about the monday AI Work Platform is how seamlessly it fits into my daily workflow, rather than feeling like a separate tool I have to keep switching to. Being able to summarize long board updates, draft content directly in docs, and auto-generate task breakdowns within my existing projects saves me a lot of time on repetitive admin work. It doesn’t just generate text; it actually understands the context of my project data, which helps me turn raw ideas and team updates into clear, actionable next steps in seconds.

What do you dislike about the product?

What I dislike most about the monday AI Work Platform is that its AI features are closely tied to the higher-tier pricing plans, which makes it costly for smaller teams or individual users to access the platform’s full potential. Also, when boards become heavily populated with complex automations and large volumes of data, the interface can sometimes lag or feel overly cluttered. That means it takes extra effort to keep the workspace organized, clean, and running smoothly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The monday AI Work Platform solves the hassle of scattered communication, manual admin, and messy project data by bringing everything directly into my workspace. Instead of spending hours digging through long comment threads, manually writing status updates, or bouncing between separate AI tools just to process project information, the built-in AI takes care of it for me right on my boards. It saves me a ton of time on repetitive tasks, keeps my team’s context in one place, and helps me focus on doing the actual work rather than constantly managing it.

What do you like best about the product?

The user-interface is rather clear on how things work, and simple to use. The fact that we can use formulas to define values also allows for more complex workflows which is pretty nice.

What do you dislike about the product?

The automations are too pricy. There are many technical quirks that can silently break your intended workflows, which you only stumble upon later.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us manage our internal business workflows and reminds us what tasks to do for the day.

instant updates, total transparency - makes collaborative working much easier

What do you dislike about the product?

It can become difficult to track when multiple tasks are being commented on by different stakeholders and user groups.

There is no way to disable the @everyone on this board tag for specific users and this can cause a significant amount of noise unnecessarily - it would be good to limit ability to use this tag on a user profile.

Visibility of updates when not tagged is tricky too on a complex board

What do you like best about the product?

For me, I find it really easy to work with and find the performance is very reliable. I've never had an issue so I've not needed any support and I don't know the costings of the product but hear it's very reasonable.

What do you dislike about the product?

I sometimes find it hard to get notifications across all my devices so that's quite tricky sometimes, other than that no problems at all.

It’s easy to use and implement. We’ve been using it daily to record tasks and time for my weekly hours report. I like that it makes task duplication simple and supports collaboration with team members, which helps reflect our teamwork. I also appreciate that it enables straightforward tracking of daily task updates without distractions.

What do you dislike about the product?

Its collaborative features make it easy for us to quickly onboard all team members, so they can add tasks, estimate the time needed to complete them, and include any other essential information.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since we started using Monday, I’ve been able to create projects quickly and delegate planning to my team in a straightforward way. It also includes a range of features that make it well suited for project management and team collaboration, including visual planning, a clear calendar view, task management, customization options, and time tracking while we work.

When you have multiple companies that use Monday, it can be kind of a pain to log into each.

Keeping track of tasks, who’s responsible and either the final deadline or the next check in.

I really like the platform’s performance and versatility. The UI is excellent, and it integrates smoothly with the different apps we use at work. I especially appreciate having easy access to all our information, including records going back several years.

The AI features also make everyday tasks easier and help streamline the way we work. On top of that, the onboarding process is very user friendly, straightforward, and easy to understand.

Overall, it has been a great experience and a very useful tool for our day to day operations.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only issue I’ve experienced over the years was when we tried to store around 5,000 images on a single board. The platform didn’t crash, but we did notice some performance issues due to the large volume of images. Other than that, my overall experience has been very positive.

Monday AI Work Platform helps us keep our information, workflows, and communication organized in one place. We use different applications at work, so having a platform that integrates well with those tools makes it much easier to manage our day to day operations without constantly switching between systems.

It also gives us easy access to historical information and records going back several years, which is extremely helpful when we need to review previous work or track changes over time. The AI features help simplify everyday tasks, find and organize information, and save time on some of the more repetitive work.

Overall, it has helped us stay more organized, improve visibility across our operations, and work more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

The options are pretty limitless. Ease of use is high, comprehension to non-IT folks is high. Interface and presentation is top notch. Outstanding. Relatively inexpensive for the features we get. Very happy with it.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only thing I dislike is my lack of training on it, which I am actively working on. Once I consider myself a 'trainer' I can give a better answer on this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We integrate JOT forms into Monday and it works perfectly. We mostly automated a printer inventory that we have been doing via PHONE for YEARS quickly just yesterday- We went from idea to testing in under 2 hours, deployed it yesterday and are now nearly finished.
