In the two support tickets we have opened there was not a real resolve of the issue. Support team did not seem to be as knowledgeable about the product as we would have hoped.

Digital onboarding, asset tracking, employee surveys, centralized files, performance tracking

What do you like best about the product?

Out of many of the competitors, Monday offers a customizable task management system that allows you to follow work flow charts.

Doing in a way that is simple for users to figure out.

Tasking and workflow management.

It helps us complete tasks on time and stay aligned across different projects, so everyone remains on the same page.

I have not seen anything that I dislike about Monday - for our group not everyone is familiar to use it at it's full capacity. So in most cases it's user errors.

Allows us to remain in touch and keep each other in the loop.

What do you like best about the product?

I like that monday Work Management is quite generic, allowing us to customize its use the way we see it. It's also very adaptable to new technology and new needs, which means it's never stale. This adaptability helps us manage newer types of app activities, whether it's saving up a voice note or other needs. Everything we think about needing is available through monday. As a small company without a proprietary tool, we use monday Work Management for various purposes like CRM, pipeline management, project management, and record keeping. The ability to tweak its functions for different purposes, along with the notification and pinging functions, makes it very valuable to us. The initial setup was very easy, which was great since we started using it around 2019 or 2020.

What do you dislike about the product?

I've noticed that sometimes monday Work Management experiences a few hours of downtime. Since we work from different locations, the app needs to be running 24/7. The downtime is really the only issue we've faced, where the tool could be down for a couple of hours at a time.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

monday Work Management enables our remote team to see project progress and improve project management better than Slack.

Easy to customize. Can easily put together automations.

Sometimes the website lags or doesn’t fully register input.

It allows my company to easily track projects, timelines, and tasks. It also lets us set reminders to follow up on specific items by using simple IF functions.

What I like most about Monday is its user-friendly system. It’s easy to use, makes it simple to share information with coworkers, and helps with organizing projects.

Some things I dislike about Monday is that it can take time to learn and get acclimated to using for everything. Certain reporting can also require additional steps.

I like having all the information for each project in one place, which makes it easier to stay organized and keep track of everything.

Its automation features save a significant amount of time, while the dashboards provide clear visibility into project progress and team workloads

While Monday Work Management is highly flexible and customizable, some advanced features require a learning curve and can take time to configure properly. New users may initially feel overwhelmed by the number of options available, especially when building complex workflows or automations

The main downside is that as teams grow and require more advanced functionality, the pricing can become relatively expensive. Additionally, setting up sophisticated automations and dashboards may require some initial investment in time to fully leverage the platform's capabilities. Despite these points, the overall value and productivity gains make it a worthwhile solution.

What I like best about monday Work Management is its user-friendly interface and excellent task management features. It helps our team stay organized, track project progress, manage deadlines, and collaborate efficiently in one place. The customizable boards and status updates make it easy to monitor work and improve overall productivity.

One downside is that new users may need some time to learn all the features and customization options. Occasionally, managing complex boards with many updates can feel overwhelming, but overall the platform is very effective for project and task management.

It keeps the status of projects very clear and in a central location so it helps keep my inbox cleaner.

I love it for several reasons—especially the way it brings together spreadsheets, databases, and automation in one place. It also makes managing more complex product and operations use cases much easier and more streamlined.

The team was always available to provide support and ensure a smooth setup. It also has strong potential to help optimize operations.

I use Monday to manage workflows that need both structure and flexibility. It helps me keep product tasks, integrations, and checklists organized in one place. I also like that I can adapt the same data to different use cases—for example, viewing tasks in a grid for tracking, switching to Kanban to follow progress, and using a calendar view to stay on top of deadlines.
