Essential for Agency Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different options I have for organizing tasks and the integrations that allow me to facilitate my work with other platforms. The fact that tasks are easy to organize, visualize, and assign to the team reduces my workload and facilitates my operation in my agency. The integrations are useful because we use different platforms and it helps me to have everyone in one place. Additionally, the initial setup of monday Work Management was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes when you delete some type of information in a Monday Forms form, you can't get it back. When you sync the forms with the board, it gets deleted and doesn't remain in the history, so that's a problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps me resolve time organization and work delivery with my team, reduces the amount of work, and facilitates operation. The integrations allow everything to be centralized in one place.
Easy to Learn and Highly Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and customizability. It is very easy for new employees to learn and easy to implement within our teams. Customer service is great and always willing to help with any issues that arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Missing granular customization, for example: separate columns for different groups within the same board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to keep track of projects, as well as all communication regarding projects.
Efficient Collaboration and Customization with monday Work Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how monday Work Management is easy to set up and share with people. The color coding and customization options are great, allowing us to tailor it to whatever tool we need at the time. It's really helpful for working with different people outside of our organization because they can view everything in real-time and get notified of updates. The color coding helps us quickly see who's responsible for tasks and the progress status. Being able to customize the columns is a big plus too, as it's easy to add and populate information as needed. Overall, it's a versatile tool that's easy for everyone to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really like that there's certain things where we'd like to have a number, but have it be arranged. For example, if a fund has 250 to 500 million, or if they invest 5,000 to 500,000, it would be great to have a range that can be sorted numerically from high to low. There doesn't seem to be an ability to do that yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps us collaborate with external teams, keeping everything up-to-date in one place and avoiding duplicate efforts. Everyone can access it easily, ensuring we all know where things stand.
Simple UI and Seamless Project & HR Workflows
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has a user interface that’s simple enough for anyone to pick up quickly, even without formal training. I also appreciate that it can collect candidate data directly into tables through forms. On top of that, it’s very convenient not having to switch between applications when handling project management tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without a doubt, I have nothing negative to say. Its performance has been truly incredible, and it makes our work much easier—whether we’re using it for project management or relying on it as a valuable HR tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software saves us a lot of time, and its customization options are incredible. We've decided to use this specific software as our primarily HR management tool. It has also been very effective for onboarding simple projects.

What I dislike about monday Work Management is that highly customized boards can become complex and harder to maintain over time. In addition, advanced features and automations may require higher-tier plans, and performance can slow down when managing large volumes of data.

monday Work Management solves the problem of fragmented task tracking and lack of visibility across teams. By centralizing projects, timelines, ownership, and status updates in one platform, it reduces miscommunication and manual follow-ups.
For me, this results in better prioritization, clearer accountability, and improved oversight of ongoing work. It increases efficiency, supports structured planning, and helps ensure deadlines and deliverables are consistently met.

It keeps projects and tasks easy to manage and accessible for everyone who needs to see them.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use. It’s very customizable, which makes it feel tailored to what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d like to see more admin controls to assign different permission levels across the organization, so that not every user can create a board. This has been an issue for our company in the past.

I am not privy to the problems monday.com is changing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love all the filters that monday Work Management has and all of the customizations that let you make boards your own. With lots of people in our organization doing different things, it's nice to create a personalized board to see what you're concerned with while also accessing the overall workspace to understand what others are working on and their bandwidth. The filters and customizations let us use monday Work Management in the best way for us, with lots of great capabilities right out of the box. I also found the onboarding process really simple; it didn't take long for us to adapt and make it work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that sometimes, like, maybe once a quarter, it breaks down at the worst time, like around 8AM. But that's not that big of a deal since everything has issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to centralize projects for different clients, making it easy to categorize, organize, and communicate. It simplifies setting deadlines, communication, and maintaining version control across teams.

I really like being able to create custom boards and workflows that work across a variety of departments and different use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like having to scroll horizontally to view the entries. A more vertical layout would probably work better.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the platform’s regular updates; they make it incredibly easy to visualize the entire process from start to finish. It offers a wide range of comprehensive features and provides a very clear, high-level overview. Creating professional-looking diagrams is a breeze, and I especially like how everything stays well organized. Overall, it’s an excellent project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works perfectly for me, the user interface is excellent. I can't think of any negative aspects to this product right now, the combination of visual elements makes it a very complete tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s really helping me organize my project dates, and it’s easy to set deadlines for the whole team. It’s been a huge help with project planning, giving you an idea of when to start a task. It also helps us plan complex projects by showing the planned tasks throughout their entire duration.
