Fantastic Interface, Great for Project Management

  • March 19, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate monday Work Management's fantastic and intuitive UI, which makes it easy to get familiar with, even when working in a large team. The flexibility and filtering options for scheduling are great, allowing me to manage my projects effectively. The interface and presentation abilities are better than what I used before, and the initial setup was quite painless. It's an excellent service that's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting of monday pages to PDF or Excel is not the best and could be improved. They do not seem to reflect the formatting as well as it looks on the app, PDF also format strangely in terms of the size of the content on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management for managing schedules, workflows, tracking task progress, and risk management.

Visual Organization and Ease of Use Highlight

  • March 18, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management to organize projects, manage tasks, and track deadlines in a clear and visual way. I really like the visual organization and ease of use, which make a big difference in my daily routine, allowing me to visualize all tasks clearly. I especially value the boards, calendar view, and automations that monday Work Management offers. The practicality of this application really boosts my daily productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
In large projects, the boards can become visually cluttered. It would be good to have more visual customization options, such as more advanced filters, intelligent groupings, and the ability to easily hide less relevant information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize projects, manage tasks, and track deadlines clearly and visually. It solves the lack of organization and visibility of projects, making my daily routine more practical.

Intuitive, All-in-One Tool with Great Traceability and Team Visibility

  • March 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it’s intuitive, easy to use, and straightforward to implement. It brings everything together—requirements, tasks, test cases, and bugs—into a single system, which makes integration much simpler and provides really useful traceability. I also appreciate the team planning and visibility it offers, especially during peak launch periods, when that improved coordination makes a noticeable difference.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is the best tool I’ve found for both product management and workflow testing and customization. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say about it; it makes workflow tracking and collaboration with other team members much easier and more straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has transformed the way my team manages projects. The planning tools and dashboards make it easy to understand everyone's work and track progress. It's incredibly helpful to see testing progress, open bugs, and completed tasks all in one place-it saves a surprising amount of time compared to searching through different tools or documents.

Streamlined Collaboration with Predictable Processes

  • March 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use monday Work Management for managing projects, ordering materials, managing laboratory samples, calibration records, and safety audit results. It allows streamlined communication and collaboration between collaborators in different geographies. It's easy to use and has quickly become a go-to problem-solving utility. I like the automated workflows for routine tasks, which keep everyone using the same process and provide predictability for all in the organization. I found that monday Work Management can perform all the tasks previously handled by Kissflow, Robohead, and Everest, all in one spot with better collaboration. The initial setup was relatively easy, though there is a learning curve for some.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subitem timelines don't roll up into main item timelines. The subitem timelines are independent of their parent items. Ideally, the first date of all the subitems should coincide with the first date of its parent item, and the last date of all subitems should coincide with the end date of its parent item. Currently, work has to be duplicated in subitem and main item to track it appropriately. This is a problem for unskilled users and renders the capability useless. There's also a learning curve for some users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management streamlines communication between remote collaborators, offers easy and quick solutions, simplifies project management, and enhances collaboration by combining tasks from multiple tools in one spot. Automated workflows ensure consistency and predictability, which benefits organizational processes.

Intuitive Interface, Challenges with Automation

  • March 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the modern and easy-to-navigate interface of monday Work Management, with contrasting and customizable boards that make it easy to adapt each project. Automations and integrations help reduce manual work. Integration with tools improves communication, and the flexibility of the boards, such as Kanban and calendar formats, makes it easier to track deadlines and tasks. It is simpler and easier to use than other work management models and is very bold, making it flexible for the daily needs of the company. The automations are the parts that make it easiest, allowing focus on strategic points instead of manual work.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit challenging and not very intuitive when it comes to mastering advanced settings and automations. It takes a little more time to get used to these differences. The basics were easy to set up, but the automations required a bit more work to adjust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to organize my projects, making it easier to visualize and meet deadlines. The modern interface and customizable boards simplify adaptation to needs. Automations and integrations reduce manual work and improve communication.

What do you dislike about the product?

Monday.com: For Solopreneurs on Time and on Budget!

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
As a solopreneur that often enlists 1099s and other part time, project-driven talent, it is crucial that we have a project management software that is easy to use, creates information that "rolls downhill" to transient team members, while keeping project on time and on budget. We have tried a number of PM platforms, but Monday.com remains our favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, I do think the pricing is high for the number of transient staff we have. For example, our fee is over $3,000 a year, however, the majority of the year, we only have 3 active staff on the platform out of 12.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is streamlining numerous projects with numerous part time staff over long periods of time.

Great for Project Collaboration, Needs Better Shareability

  • March 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ability to color code things in monday Work Management. It's very inviting and pretty to look at. I also like how I can personalize things, such as the order of tasks and using different labels to indicate specific areas, which makes it easy to see what we are working on and the current status at a glance. The capability to add links to documents and upload them is very handy for keeping everything organized. Moreover, I appreciate the ease of access and capabilities provided by the templates for different types of projects. The coordination of colors and personalizing options are features I've really loved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the shareability. For example, with the pathway program I'm working on with the school of medicine, it is easy for us to collaborate, but I wanted to share it with my supervisor so she could see it as well, but I had a little bit of difficulty doing that. And then sometimes, with clicking features, after I type in a different task, I have to click outside of it to continue working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to access project plans across organizations, keeping track of tasks, updates, notes, and document links. It makes collaboration between departments like the school of medicine and hospital system seamless.
