Intuitive UI and Instant Status Insights Elevate Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
The UI, quick visual reference of statuses without having to look at exact details everytime and still have a good understanding of where we're at.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can seem a bit pricey if you're unable to utilize the platform to it's fullest potential because of other existing systems, or you're not sure how to use it in your exact context.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There's too much going on day to day to remember all you have to do. By filling in tasks throughout the day (and the domino effect of realizing new tasks once one is completed), first thing in the morning I can look and know exactly what I need to be working on. Saves time, decision fatigue, keeps me on track and makes me more productive.
Empowers Teams with Custom Views and Accountability
What do you like best about the product?
I like the different views you can work in on monday Work Management. It allows each team member to find a format that they like and work more efficiently, as it feels customized to their brain. When they find a view that helps things click for them, everything improves, and they dive deeper into using the software. The initial setup was easy, and we've been able to improve it dramatically over time to better suit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations should be transferred to another member on the team when the team member who built it leaves the organization. We found they just deleted and it took us a while to realize it and put them back into place. I also think that you should not have to search for BOTH main tasks and sub tasks separately when you are looking for due or past due tasks. That extra layer of putting in the search rules can easily be overlooked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management helps with accountability and task management by assigning champions and due dates. I like the customizable views, which cater to different team member preferences, enhancing efficiency and engagement.
Great Visuals and Automation, but Can Be Overwhelming Without Structure
What do you like best about the product?
The visual aspect is definitely Monday’s biggest win. Being able to switch between a Table, Kanban, and Timeline view effortlessly makes it much easier to track different types of projects. I also love the automation recipes; they’ve saved me hours of manual work, like automatically notifying a teammate when a status changes or moving a task to a different board once it's done. It actually feels like the tool is working for me rather than just being another place where I have to log my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get overwhelming very quickly if you don’t set up your boards with a clear structure. The notification system is a bit of a "double-edged sword"—if you aren't careful with your settings, your inbox gets flooded. Also, I find the sub-item functionality still feels a bit clunky compared to the main items; sometimes it feels like they are "hidden" and easy to miss if you aren't looking for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Monday, our team was scattered across endless email threads and messy spreadsheets where things constantly fell through the cracks. It has solved our "where does this stand?" problem. Now, I have a single source of truth. It has significantly improved our team's transparency, I can see exactly what everyone is working on without having to ping them for an update, which makes our weekly syncs much faster and more productive.
Excellent Accessibility for Distributed Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Accessibility for a team spread out across several cities and increasing customization within the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some simple areas that could be added to be able to customize and move data within boards. Example - a simple find and replace similar to what can be done in word documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a more efficient way to input and track data for our business. This is allowing us to capitalize on data that otherwise does not exist in our industry. The most important aspect is that we are able to drive outcomes for the at risk population that we strive to serve.

I like that monday Work Management is a great tool that helps me keep track of my business. I appreciate how it allows me to create forms the way I like, making it easy for me to manage my work. The initial setup was very easy, which is a big plus.

Automations within a single workspace apply to all boards within that workspace. I would like to be able to adjust automations within boards.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have all of my sales leads accessible at any time. I use monday Work Management on both my computer and my phone, which is convenient because I can do follow-ups on my drive to the next sales call. It's great to keep up with the progress of each sales call, whether we win or lose. It's way more efficient than the notebook I used to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Moving my leads from different areas of the board on my computer is harder. When I drag a lead from one group to the next, the lead scrolls down too fast. If the scroll was slower, it would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track sales calls, quotes, and follow-ups. Accessing leads anytime on my computer and phone lets me manage tasks efficiently, even during commutes. It's way more efficient than using a notebook.
Accessible platform with API challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have access to the data from anywhere. Additionally, I appreciate the use of boards and automations in monday Work Management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want API failures to be avoided. In the current half-year, there have been frequent disruptions with monday Work Management, especially in connection with make.com, and these failures should be avoided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to build an internal knowledge database, share information and documents, manage our CRM system, and keep an eye on the sales pipeline.

The platform does have a learning curve and demands considerable setup effort. Additionally, as your team grows and your need for features expands, the costs can rise significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has been instrumental in developing and monitoring our outreach team's marketing plan. Each team member can view all their KPIs on their personal dashboard, which makes it easier for management to track overall progress. It is also proving valuable for our preneed sales team by assisting with lead management. Since everyone has access to all dashboards, we are able to gain a clearer understanding of the team's performance.
