A Vast, Helpful Tool That Makes Tracking and Organizing Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I think it's such a vast, helpful tool. Once you look try the different tools, filters, views, etc. you really can make tracking/implementing/trafficking/organizing so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are still some kinks to work out, specifically with the AI recommendations. I asked it to provide a simple formula to auto-move things into a specific group, based on a column change of a formula, and AI recommended a specific automation, and when I went to add that automation, I keep getting an error message. And when I try to make it manually, it doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping our cross-functional teams work smarter together. That said, I still think there’s a HUGE learning curve, especially as our teams have grown so much over the last 5 years I’ve been using it at this company. There are definitely more opportunities for basic Monday trainings with our corporate teams, particularly as part of the onboarding process, and that should be a baseline expectation.
For me personally, I use it literally every single day at work. It supports cross-functional partnership, helps me stay organized, streamlines conversations, and also keeps things organized when working with our agencies.

Everything in One Place for Clear, Collaborative Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
That everything is stored in one place and I can easily reference back to any topic. It's easy to see where tasks are holding and have multiple poeple manage a project without anyone getting in the way because it's clear who is communicating what.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the search bar - I'd love it to be better at searching for specific things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have many of our system streamlined in one place with a clear process of who is doing what. If I can a request I know where to post it and I can see if it's being dealt with so my sales are processed quicker and more efficiently.

I like how it promotes task transparency and team collaboration, along with all the powerful automations I have available.

Automations can sometimes run a bit slowly when I have a lot going on at the same time.

I mainly use it to delegate tasks and notify my team whenever we have a new job to work on.

What do you like best about the product?
It's relatively easy to get started, and there are many templates to help users begin case-specific builds for their project.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of features, especially integration-related features, are locked into more expensive plans preventing users from maximizing how they fit the platform into their tech stack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to organize larger projects, follow through on tasks, and address blockers more easily with monday.
Easy Setup and Operation—Beginner-Friendly From Day One
What do you like best about the product?
The best part has to be the ease of operation. It also is easy to set up and even a novice can use it from the get go.

The subscription rate could be a little more manageable with the price of everything else going up.

Being able to see what tasks everyone is working on and that there is visibility of my tasks with everyone else

Honestly, nothing off of the top of my head that I can think of I think it works great for me and my team

Having the possibility of tracking tasks, projects and pending stuff we need to keep track of in our company.
UI is very user-friendly and anybody can jump in and learn the essentials in a short amount of time, saving adoption times during onboarding process for all new users.
AI helper can make some mistakes but I believe it's still coniderably dependable and helped me a lot for specific migration tasks between workspaces.
Performance is top-notch, any decent internet connection will work with the solution.
I have not tried the integrations yet, but I did browse a bit, they seem very well-thought-out and easy to set up, I will most likely start using the Gmail ones to make sure emails can be converted into tasks for easier tracking.
Pricing is one of the best in the market, I tell this both as a former seller for Monday and a current user, it's simply that good.

Effortless Project Tracking with Seamless Google & Dropbox Attachments
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to set up, manage, and keep track of tasks and projects, and it doesn’t require any training to get started. I honestly can’t imagine life without it. I also like that it lets you attach documents from Google or Dropbox, which makes it much simpler to work across different projects without juggling files. Another big advantage is that they’re constantly improving the application, so it keeps getting better over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday Work has it all. I have nothing negative to say, it has allowed us to stay on top of all our projects, even those shared with others, and it also keeps us focused on each of our individual tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it in my daily work. It works very quickly and syncs perfectly across all devices, whether it's a computer or a mobile phone. Primarily, it allows me to have an overview of what's happening in the organization and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Easy Campaign Building with Powerful New AI Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it is easy to build campaigns and assign people. I also LOVE their AI integrations they recently added. I love the AI assistant for help with automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes a challenge to use, but it just takes learning the platform. It is intuitive though, so you are usually able to figure things out. I've been on it for about a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping our cross collaboration on our team a ton. It is also helping content planning as well.
