What do you like best about the product?

The options are pretty limitless. Ease of use is high, comprehension to non-IT folks is high. Interface and presentation is top notch. Outstanding. Relatively inexpensive for the features we get. Very happy with it.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only thing I dislike is my lack of training on it, which I am actively working on. Once I consider myself a 'trainer' I can give a better answer on this.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We integrate JOT forms into Monday and it works perfectly. We mostly automated a printer inventory that we have been doing via PHONE for YEARS quickly just yesterday- We went from idea to testing in under 2 hours, deployed it yesterday and are now nearly finished.

it saves time and makes everyday tasks more practical and efficient. It helps organize information, automate repetitive tasks, and quickly find what I need, all in one place.

Some automatisations are difficult to be done

helps reduce the time spent on repetitive and administrative tasks. It makes it easier to organize information, follow up on actions, and access the right information quickly

What do you like best about the product?

It is extremely useful that Monday can interface with Microsoft to perform automated emails.

What do you dislike about the product?

The menu on the left-side is a bit hard to navigate. I utilize it for any projects that I manage and it takes a bit of time to sort through the menu.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me be more efficient with my projects as I use automations to trigger conversations with adjacent departments.

The friendly user interface. Anyone can use it. The quick email notifications ensure our team or our clients never miss a beat.

The pricing for third-world countries. It puts a strain on our budgets as a tool we need in this modern world

It allows us to manage our cases and update clients as a remote team. Allows workers to sign in remotely and review their tasks.

Easy to operate. Helps manage tasks for myself and my team. I feel that we are getting good value for money

Task management. Communication between myself and my team. Prioritizartion. Communicating data and information.

What do you like best about the product?

The platform is incredibly user-friendly, and the extensive library of training videos makes implementation and adoption across teams simple and straightforward. The AI capabilities add significant value, and the affordable pricing makes it an excellent solution for organizations looking for powerful features without a high cost.

What do you dislike about the product?

Three areas I think could use improvement are the file upload and export functions, and the way board columns are assigned across groups. I realized too late that if I delete a column in one group, it deletes that same column in every other group on the board as well. I feel like I should be able to customize columns within each group without having to rely on the Filter to create separate group views. Also, I can never figure out how to use the Outlook add-in. It should be straightforward to create a task for a group directly from Outlook.

Automation — I love how it guides me through setting up automations, and it genuinely makes my work life easier.

It helps with work automation and offers integrations with various platforms and systems.

There isn’t much to dislike; it’s just that my organization already has other alternatives that overlap with this solution.

This tool helps me manage my workload in an organized way by letting me track the completion of each task. It offers excellent features that streamline my work and make it easier to handle multiple tasks at the same time. Overall, it significantly simplifies day-to-day work management.

Project updates take a long time to appear. The update process often feels delayed, and the overall update time needs improvement. Occasionally, there are also delivery problems.

It lets us manage each team member’s workload easily, which helps us stay focused on our projects. It also makes it easier to interact with clients and send emails to multiple users at once. Overall, it helps me stay on top of the tasks I need to complete and keeps my work organized.

Automations shorten all our manual processes, so colleagues are much more willing to engage with the platform and collaborate across international teams.

Requires some effort with onboarding from all users involved in order to make sure everyone is using it properly

Makes projects universally accessible and visible between back-end and front-end teams

I like that monday Work Management provides one place for all records, which makes it easier for team members to access and update client records. It's great that only team members associated with my role can access the boards, ensuring that information is only available to those who need it. Setting up the system was straightforward once my colleagues took some time to create it and shared a guide with the whole team. Definite 10 on the recommendation scale.

I don't like having one overall record rather than individual unlinked records in different boards and groups.

monday Work Management eases updating client records and maintaining contact. It centralizes records, allowing my team to access and update client information, with access control for specific roles.
