What do you like best about the product?
Having used Monday.com for approximately five years in a professional setting, I’ve found it to be far more than just a traditional project management tool—it functions effectively as a comprehensive department management platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the subscription tier, automation limits can sometimes restrict more advanced workflows, which may require upgrading plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit is increased efficiency, transparency, and consistency. Tasks are easier to track, information is more reliable, and processes—especially audit-related ones—are more organized and less prone to error. Overall, it allows my team to work faster, stay aligned, and maintain stronger documentation for compliance and decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
The automations are what I loved most: I can update a section, and it automatically moves to another group or board. It definitely saves me time and cuts down on extra clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
honestly haven’t run into any issues with it so far. That said, I also haven’t explored or used it to its full capabilities yet, so my experience is still somewhat limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s been tremendously helpful for keeping track of certain documents we’ve received—or haven’t received—without having to dig through my emails to find them.

For me, the most important thing is to have a good organization and a clear traceability of the processes, so that everything is well defined and easy to follow.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is visually appealing and intuitive. There are many options to use that will maximize the project tracking. Plus there are templates available so you don't have to start from scratch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting familiar with the terminology takes time and the foundational struction doesn't always align with my project framework.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The entire team can see where anyone else is on their task list.

Intuitive Solution for Everything from To-Do Lists to ECR Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy and intuitive to setup a new board for things as simple as a todo list for an individual or team, to as complicated as a full-fledge ECR tracking system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its very expensive, and they hide some features that I really think should be included in the Pro plan behind the Enterprise paywall, which is nearly double the price of Pro plans.

Performance can be an issue sometimes, and they lock this behind paywall as well. If you want any help with technical issues or performance issues, the sales team tends to just push you toward Enterprise with promises that it will fix everything but very little proof or evidence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for team and personal task and project tracking, but we also use service desk for tracking maintenance requests, engineering change requests, and potentially IT help desk tickets in the future.

I think one of the main benefits is that it enables tech-savvy users outside of the IT department to be able to setup relatively complicated solutions without help from IT.

What do you like best about the product?
The icons for each option are clearly marked and the site is easy to maneuver.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emails they send offering services that I don't need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization of our company's various tasks. We utilize many people working sometimes on the same project, and Monday has enabled us all to be on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the commenting feature in monday Work Management. It keeps everyone up to date and ensures everything gets done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think monday Work Management could improve by sending reminders leading up to item due dates if they aren't completed. Due dates get missed when you're busy, so having an email reminder and an app notification reminder would be helpful to keep on track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to keep everyone up to date and ensure everything gets done.

Seamless Integrations and Flexible Automations That Fit Our Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the integrations. At my workplace, we use Monday for project management, and it connects easily with Slack and other tools. The automations are very diverse, which makes it simple to tailor workflows to what we need. I also like that notifications can go to Slack or my gmail, depending on how I’ve set them up.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can get overwhelmed pretty easily by all the features. I love the automations, collaboration tools, forms, and templates, but sometimes it still feels like too much. I use it every day, yet I can’t shake the feeling that I’m underutilizing it, because the app offers so much more than you initially realize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has tried management tools like Notion, To-Doist, Asana, and others, but Monday has been the best bang-for-your-buck. We’ve found it extremely useful for the projects we handle. Since we’re an organization with multiple teams and departments, and we host an event every month, it’s been the best way for us to collaborate, assign roles, and track tasks across teams.
