What do you like best about the product?

I find monday Work Management to be incredibly flexible, which is great because we can adjust things to match our needs as they change. It offers lots of ways to make our work easier across the team. I really appreciate using forms and automations, as they create an easy link between us, our partners, and our clients, simplifying our work. The initial setup was really simple too, allowing us to get started quickly since the boards can start quite small. Overall, it's worked really well for us.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish there was a little more flexibility in making changes across multiple boards. Right now, I can either change one board or all of them, but it would be helpful to select specific boards, like picking 10, and make updates just to those.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

monday Work Management streamlines our process, enabling quick onboarding and visibility into business status, and handles issues through automations. It's flexible, adapting to our needs and making our tasks easier.

What do you like best about the product?

I love the interface and simplicity of monday Work Management; a little bit of configuration goes a long way. I appreciate being able to quickly create dashboards and send PDFs, which saves me at least an hour of reporting every week. I like that I can share a link to the dashboard for others to review key information at their convenience and that I can schedule automated PDFs to go out to stakeholders regularly. I feel way less stressed just by being able to keep track of everything in one place. The initial setup was fairly straightforward, and I found it easy to locate YouTube videos that walked me through any challenges.

What do you dislike about the product?

There are just some minor cosmetic things. I wish I could condense the size of items to take up less space and show less information for a quicker overview. It would also be nice to be able to change the magnification of boards to view more at once.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use monday Work Management to centralize documents for licensing, brand registration, purchase orders, and logistics, solving fragmentation issues. I automate notifications for critical dates, which reduces my stress and improves transparency. I save an hour weekly by quickly creating dashboards and sharing PDFs.

It's easy to see the steps of the process and who is taking care of what.

Sometimes the steps would show up out of order.

It keeps us organized as we have a lot of moving parts at one time.

I hate that when I auto-select multiple items and change one thing, it ends up changing all of the selected items.

I’m organising my work priorities in both the short and long term, which helps me stay focused and work consistently to fulfil my business development role.

I like the project management features, the customizable dashboard, and the reporting tools, because they make it easy to track project progress and make informed decisions. I also appreciate the variety of dashboards and reports available for project monitoring, as they help provide accurate, up-to-date project information.

I have to say, it’s made a radical difference for our organization, and I honestly don’t have anything negative to point out. It helps us program and control our environments more effectively, stay on top of deadlines, and manage our resources with greater confidence.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps improve strategy execution and financial performance by making our work more efficient. It also brings stronger strategic alignment to our processes and supports managing initiatives across all areas. On top of that, it gives clear visibility into project status, resource allocation, and overall portfolio performance, which helps us make better decisions and keep projects on track.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how easy it is for me to build the boards and automations for all of the different aspects of the program. The automation is helpful because it allows for quick updates in the status and notifies the next person when their part is ready. It also helps provide reminders for the team to ensure that deadlines are not missed.

What do you dislike about the product?

I had some issues with the Jotform add-in on monday Work Management. It allowed us to let our customers visualize portions of their co-branding assets and approve them or make changes, which would automatically update the board and notify the proper team member. However, Jotform limits responses to 15 unless we sign up for one of their paid programs, which is expensive if it becomes widely adopted across our company. The cost makes it unaffordable for us. I would love to see an option to update the existing item on my board with a form without paying for additional add-on programs. Also, the initial setup of monday Work Management was easy once I learned the inner workings of the program by myself. However, there wasn't a lot of training and onboarding provided unless I searched for it myself through online platforms and chat communities. The chat community by monday.com is great, but they don't offer good onboarding training outside that community.

I use monday Work Management to eliminate back-and-forth emails, avoid losing changes, and keep all project details organized for easy reference, while ensuring timely delivery of co-branded assets.

I use monday Work Management to organize our projects and streamline communication. I love the real-time updates which are amazing, as they allow team members who are not present to stay updated and ensure a seamless job flow. It's great that as tasks are assigned, reviewed, and completed, everyone on the team can immediately see the latest status. This was initially like snail mail, but with monday, updates happen as tasks are completed. The transition to using the platform was seamless and easy to learn.

It’s easy to use, and it can be very organized if you know how to use it well.

At the beginning, it took me a long time to understand how it works.
