Monday work management app is fabulous for work management throughout.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using the Monday work management app for quite some time to manage my team's tasks. It offers a variety of templates and features for task management and reporting, which have been really helpful in boosting productivity and improving team coordination.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday work management has room for improvement in its user interface to make it more stable. While the range of features is impressive, users can sometimes feel overwhelmed, so better organization of these features would be beneficial. Overall, I really like this app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team and I are using the Monday work management app to track our task progress, which helps us meet our deadlines and monitor how we are advancing. Everyone can contribute by updating their progress on various tasks, and team members are able to comment and share their thoughts on each task. This has greatly improved our overall coordination and made our teamwork more positive and productive.

The mobile app could be more streamlined for quick updates on the go. Also, pricing can add up as you scale and add more seats, which might be a concern for smaller teams.

monday Work Management solves the challenge of scattered tasks and lack of visibility across projects. It centralizes workflows, makes collaboration easier, and ensures everyone knows their responsibilities and deadlines. With automations and integrations, it reduces repetitive work and saves time, while dashboards provide real-time insights that help us make better decisions and deliver projects faster.
Its a great tool to use for updates, accountability, keeps the jobs flowing smoothly.

I dont have any true dis likes, the mobile app is clutch!

Streamlined Task Management with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It is quite agile in nature. If i add a column and make the whole view change per a formula, the thing doest not hang or give any errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is having a high subscription cost. It could be made better in the trial and free feature list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process and SOP creation, the task dependancy feature is helping me create the SOP for different processes.
Monday makes my Mondays better
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has made both my life and my team's work much easier. We no longer need to sift through countless emails just to track our progress on specific processes. Working in sports logistics means that mistakes are simply not an option for us. Thanks to Monday and its features, we feel more secure and confident in our daily tasks.

I haven't had any problems with Monday.com to date.

I really like using monday as part of my day to day at work. It helps me keep track of the activities I have for the upcoming days and even weeks, as well as checking capacity on the team. This way nothing is forgotten but also
makes your weeks more efficient and productive, focusing on the priority activities and adding new ones as required.
I feel very comfortable havign the tool as this way I do not have to have all the information in my mind, and its easy to remember what I have to do for the next day.
Also I find it very useful that in case I am on holidays, anyone else on my team can pick up something that needs attention or know where I left things.

Perhaps its already there but for our sales dashboard it can be easy that someone changes a field by mistake, so maybe having a way to lock changes for the field names.
Sometimes filters might be confusing at first, which of course, once you get used to them, its really easy to understand.
I know that it has compatibility with Salesforce CRM and if it could be linked (my company has not taken this action yet), it would reduce double-work (info placed on 2 places at same time) and increase productivity even further. That way we are not only focusing on the project

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sales team, we have a lot of projects we are working at the moment and we have different layers of sub-teams that can work on a project at a given time. Therefore, communication and visibility are key, which make monday the perfect tool for this purpose. We all use it very comfortably during our meetings to keep track of our projects, new inquiries, capacity of all team members as well as prioritise our activities accordingly.
Sometimes a project gets cold and comes back after some time and its easy to check who was working on it and have some background information.
Also for our internal controls, its easy to see a chart of projects to come and how they fit onto our production schedule.
We use monday to have visibility of our daily presence in the office as well as to keep track of people on holidays, which I find super useful.

I greatly appreciate the customizable nature of Monday Work Management. To me, it feels like Excel on steroids - it transforms a static spreadsheet into a dynamic project management environment where you can set up almost anything to your liking - reminders, automations, and so much more. I also like endless options to integrate with third-party software tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
With heavier task loads, subjectively, Monday Work Management tends to slow down a bit.

With a vast team working across multiple time zones, Work Management is a critical tool to keep an eye on teamwork and deliverables and actually get things done in time and with high quality.
