What do you like best about the product?

I like the way it organizes data with items and subitems, and the ability to add custom columns of any type. I can also attach a link to a file as a backup to the item I posted. Another plus is being able to share tasks with co-workers.

What do you dislike about the product?

I have so many workgroups that I sometime cant find what I looking for
but is probably more my fault than Monday.com

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to simply keep track of many tasks happening all at once, and to keep detailed notes on the progress of each one easily and efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

I use monday Work Management to manage orders throughout their installation process. I love how visual it is, making it super visible to know where we are in the onboarding journey and what needs to be done still. I like the groups and the ability to add sub-groups, seeing their status with set colors. I use groups for each stage of the process and move the cards through the groups as we go. The sub-items allow me to specify what needs to be actioned and mark them as done. I also love the calendar view. Monday has a lot more customizable options than Trello, and although I was hesitant at first, it is working 10x better for us now. Once we played around with all the different customizable options, we began using it and have kept adapting it since then by adding various tools that are available.

What do you dislike about the product?

It would be good if you could share a version of the board with an outside collaborator, but only let them see selected cards (we have named orders).

I use monday Work Management to keep everything super visible during the installation process, which helps track the onboarding journey and pending tasks. I organize with groups and sub-items that specify actions needed, marking them as done, which is incredibly efficient.

Monday Work Management is intuitive, modern, and keeps all of my projects organized in one place. It makes it easy to see what needs to be done, who owns each task, and when deadlines are approaching. The visibility across every project keeps the team aligned, eliminates confusion about next steps, and helps ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What do you dislike about the product?

The AI credit limit is reached too quickly, which limits how often I can use one of the platform's most valuable features. Increasing the available AI credits or offering more flexibility would make the experience even better.

Monday Work Management solves the challenge of keeping multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders organized in one centralized platform. It provides complete visibility into project status, task ownership, and timelines, making it easy to prioritize work and keep initiatives moving forward. As a result, my team stays aligned, communication is more efficient, deadlines are consistently met, and I spend less time tracking progress and more time executing strategic initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?

I find it easy to create a board and share tasks and notifications with other team members using monday Work Management. I also appreciate being able to categorize tasks and set dates for completion. Transitioning from Trello, I feel monday Work Management is much simpler and easier to navigate. It's a lot more modern compared to Trello, which I really like.

What do you dislike about the product?

It can lag on some days. Also when you receive an email from monday.com and try to reply from the email it never works. When you click reply on the email, it should allow you to reply without opening the platform.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use monday Work Management to map out meetings and create product roadmaps. It simplifies sharing tasks and notifications with team members, allows categorizing tasks, and setting completion dates.

I appreciate how monday Work Management helps us stay organized and on top of our projects, allowing us to review timelines and budgets efficiently. The software is very flexible and scalable, which lets us build tools and processes tailored to our specific business needs. I also value its fully developed and integrated tools and features, which offer more flexibility than we could achieve on our own with something like interconnected Google Sheets.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the board views become very long and large and can be confusing, and we have to resolve that by creating multiple views for different use cases. The setup is fairly easy; however, it does require an investment in time, and it's very important to design the processes and therefore the various boards and integrations between boards and the interconnectivity between actions and activities, you have to design those out before you can really make the tool work for you. And that can be very complicated.

monday Work Management helps us stay organized, stay on top of projects, review timelines and budgets. It's flexible and scalable for building tools and processes tailored to our needs. It offers integrated tools we couldn't build ourselves, enhancing flexibility beyond what our Google Sheets provided.

What do you like best about the product?

I use monday Work Management as our blank canvas in the company; it's versatile for managing sprints, CRM, and even building a customer-facing bug reporting tool. I appreciate the flexibility of the boards, as they're not constrained to the same template every time, which makes it very intuitive to use. The initial setup was very easy, and I'd definitely recommend it to a friend or colleague.

What do you dislike about the product?

The packages can be a bit restrictive, and the lack of a CSM with the high tier we're in puts us in a pickle.

We use monday Work Management as a flexible, intuitive tool for managing sprints, CRM, and ticket management. It solves issues with CRM integration and allows us to create tools like a customer-facing bug reporting system.

I love the ease of use and the automations. It's very helpful for structuring payroll processes and project management!
