What do you like best about the product?

I love the ability to track pretty much anything I want. I also love being able to see my production pipeline clearly.

What do you dislike about the product?

I wish they would put more emphasis on the learning resources and tutorials. I feel like it would be easy to set this up for a workspace and then barely use what it’s capable of, simply because the guidance isn’t as front-and-center as it could be.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a production manager, the transparency around my department’s scheduling peaks and valleys has been great, and I think it’s only going to get better.

What do you like best about the product?

What i like best about Monday AI Work platform is how it simplifies reporting and team planning.Its dashboards and executive reports give clear visibility while Vibe and Sidekick AI handle summaries and drafting.I also like its customizable boards and resource capacity tools let us adapt workflows to fit our team’s need.

What do you dislike about the product?

Nothing to highlight as a dislike,i am a happy user.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its dashboards makes it easy to track progress and create executive reports in minutes.

What do you like best about the product?

The automations are probably what I find most useful. Once set up, they save a lot of manual work by triggering notifications, updating statuses, and moving tasks through different stages. It does take a bit of time to get the hang of monday.com, but the automation features make a real difference day to day.

What do you dislike about the product?

The main downsides for me are the complexity, the UI and the general slowness of the platform. Automations can take a while to run, so changing a status does not always move a task to the right project straight away. I also often need to refresh the page to see the update. Another frustration is that updates and comments do not always sync across boards, which makes it harder to keep everything aligned.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps reduce a lot of the manual admin, such as assigning tasks to the right team member and routing work to the right place. The AI summaries are also useful for quickly understanding what a task is asking without having to read through all the details and comments.

i have been using Monday Ai platform for 2 years. What i like about Monday AI it helps in turning notes into task,it helps in resource allocation

What do you dislike about the product?

It summaries are not that detailed so i end up double checking everything anyway.

It summarizes task faster so minimal time is used in a project.
it scans risks, due dates and flags them earlier.

What do you like best about the product?

I use it to run service desks for my clients. Agents auto-triage tickets, route by skills, auto-resolve L1 requests, monitor SLAs, and detect incidents from duplicate tickets. Knowledge Agent builds our KB automatically.

What do you dislike about the product?

Needs careful permission setup. Gets pricey with more seats

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Cut ticket backlog by 40%, fixed our KB debt , and stopped SLA breaches . Replaced 4 tools with one

What do you like best about the product?

I really like monday Work Management for its user-friendly interface and flexibility. It's super easy to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, set deadlines, and track progress all in one place. The visual boards are great because they allow me to understand the current status of projects at a glance. I also appreciate the ability to customize workflows according to our needs, which is really useful. The initial setup was quite easy for our team thanks to the intuitive interface.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the learning curve for some of the more advanced features to be challenging. While the basic functions are easy to use, it can take some time to understand all the available options and set up more complex workflows. We think more detailed guidance and examples for advanced features would make the onboarding process easier.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use monday Work Management to manage and track our projects and daily workflows in one place. It solves problems with task tracking, communication, and coordination, providing better visibility, making it easier to follow deadlines, and reducing the risk of missing tasks.

What do you like best about the product?

I’m able to utilize its automation in administration as I’m able to receive notification of events early and accurately. As such, my decision making is improves and I save on time.

What do you dislike about the product?

When handling performance review and rewards, monday AI Work Platform sometimes lacks a human touch. Therefore, I’m forced to double check before submitting reports.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I’m now proactive as I can track problems AI flags as soon as they occur. I can monitor project phases smoothly and intervene where necessary.

What do you like best about the product?

I don't. Each time I tried to use the AI agents it was doing mediocre work or simply wasn't working at all. I find it laughable at best.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is not helpful at all, it can't even do basic tasks like reminders. Better off without it.

Like I said, it doesn't. This is why I came here to leave a review.

What do you like best about the product?

Keeps everything organized, with clear automations for the right alerts, ability to assign a task. Ability to follow a project.

What do you dislike about the product?

It is mostly good, sometimes the automations can be a bit wonky. The notifications are all or nothing, not on a per board basis. I think it would be cool to have an ability to reply in slack to monday. I dont use the AI stuff, i dont understand it.

I would also love to import a google spreadsheet to be auto updated so it doesnt need to be a manual process. the third parts extensions are lame.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Monday everything was flying, it was unclear who was doing what. It was impossibly to retro or follow a project from A-Z or easily know where it is holding. Monday changed all of that.

What do you like best about the product?

Monday AI Work Platform has become more than a Project tracker in my workflow. I use it as an operational layer for coordinating campaigns, managing team capacity and keeping execution aligned with our advertising strategy.

What do you dislike about the product?

Building boards, dashboard, automations and workforce that actually reflect our internal processes taking some planning.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Monday AI Work Platform gives me a centralized view of what is happening across our SEO and paid media operation, hence I can identify delayed tasks, see who is responsible for each deliverable and understand where campaign needs attention.
