What do you like best about the product?

It's highly customizable and offers very similar functionality to solution that cost twice as much. The user interface is intuitive and has a clean design. I like that the task status is clearly visible and that it's to check the current project status.

What do you dislike about the product?

Its operation has been truly wonderful, perfectly tailored to our needs. Furthermore, their customer service has been incredible. We had many questions and concerns, and they always responded with patience and kindness.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to categorize my work better than other project management systems I've used before. Our sales and operations leaders value the up-to-date data we receive to inform business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?

We use Monday to stay on top of our projects. We’re a metal fabrication business, and we have numerous jobs going on at the same time. Being able to track every single stage of a project has been a real game changer for us. There are so many things Monday can do, and it’s made it much easier to keep everything organized and moving forward. I only wish we had started using it sooner.

What do you dislike about the product?

Although I’ve personally found a “Monday Guru” who can help me set up anything I need Monday to do, there’s still definitely room for improvement in the tutorials and in clearer explanations of what all the different parts of Monday can do.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

The automations are absolutely incredible. Monday has saved me a huge amount of time and effort when it comes to keeping track of every aspect of our projects. From fabrication to interoffice tasks, everything is in one place. Now, when someone asks me a question about any of our projects, I can answer it just by checking Monday.

What I like best about Monday Work Management is how intuitive and flexible it is. The platform makes it easy to visualize tasks, track progress, and collaborate with the team in real time. I especially appreciate the customizable workflows and dashboards, because they allow me to adapt the system to different projects without losing clarity. It helps keep everyone aligned, reduces miscommunication, and ultimately makes project management feel less overwhelming and more efficient. This also help us to let whoever got tag it will send auto email as reminder to the person

Currently I like most of the feature and also the UI, i did not have any feedback for current System of Monday

Monday Work Management really helps our team stay organized and on track with each project. It solves the challenge of keeping everyone aligned by providing clear visibility into tasks and deadlines. The AI features are also valuable, as they guide us in using functions we’re not yet familiar with, making adoption easier. Overall, the platform improves our performance by streamlining workflows and reducing confusion, which directly benefits our productivity.

I like how the workflow actually flows. Me and my team can identify what point in the process a client build is in and work to get it completed. It helps me personally because I always use a GTD framework and Monday mirrors the philosophy.

Nothing really. I don't like when the servers go down, but I guess no one does.

In my role, Monday solves the bottleneck. I like how it groups status items together so we can see that there's X of this type case or Y of that type case.

I love the dependency feature in monday Work Management as it lets me see tasks holistically and determine which tasks depend on others. This helps me focus on the more essential tasks rather than nitpicking others. It also makes delegating easier because I can see which tasks are crucial for project success. Additionally, I like the clear communication it provides within the team. Assigning tasks is straightforward and doesn't require team members to log in directly, making access and communication easy for everyone.

What do you dislike about the product?

One of the features that I kinda dislike about monday Work Management is the dependency feature. It's about the accessibility that it adds. But when trying to assign dependencies to tasks, I have to click through multiple categories of tasks within my project profile. If I'm working on a task, I sometimes just want to see the one category that I'm working inside. Adding a segmentation feature when working with dependencies inside certain specific subcategories would be nice.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use monday Work Management to organize our robotics project by breaking tasks into steps and assigning them with timelines and dependencies. This makes team communication clear and efficient, enabling us to see which tasks are priority and crucial for project success.

I find monday Work Management so integral to our business that it's like the spine of our operations. It brings disparate teams and experts together from around the world, organizing their tasks, goals, and workflows in a way that makes business and revenue thrive. I love its ability to organize complex, multi-faceted workflows and responsibilities through a single platform at any level, from janitor to CEO. It effectively centralizes our workflows, deadlines, responsibilities, and notes into one dashboard accessible in real time globally. I also appreciate how seamlessly it integrates with Slack, Google Drive, and Teams. The initial setup was very seamless, although learning it took a little while.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think some consideration is needed as to how deadlines appear in monday Work Management. Can they be improved upon - so everyone is REALLY on the same page? Also, the cost. It could always be cheaper. Learning it took a little while.

I really like how easy it is to add new projects, and the color-coding system makes it simple to keep different clients organized. The interface feels clean and intuitive, so getting started was straightforward. Overall, it has a lot of potential, provides a solid user experience, and is reasonably priced.

I haven’t had any issues so far. Monday brings task management, time tracking, and billing together in one easy-to-use platform, which makes billing simpler and helps me keep productivity tracking in one place.

I use it daily, and it has significantly optimized my workflow: I no longer need to switch between different tools or manually transfer data. I can automatically calculate the time spent on each project. It also makes it easy for managers to get a clear overview of ongoing projects and plan resources accordingly, which helps reduce unnecessary work and meetings.
