Monday.com Keeps Our Website Migration & SEO Projects in Sync

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Monday.com as our central hub for all CMS, SEO, and website work. One of the most helpful features for us has been Connect Boards and Mirror Columns. They let me link a main initiative board (like our website migration timeline) to more detailed boards for things like SEO audits or CMS content. That way, if a status or due date changes, it updates everywhere automatically—no more chasing people down for updates or asking, “Where are we on this?”

The Timeline and Gantt views are also really useful because they’re easy to adjust and make it clear how everything connects. For example, we can immediately see that a technical SEO fix needs to be completed before new CMS pages go live. Having that visibility has reduced a lot of last-minute scrambling.

We also use dashboards to pull in live data, so during monthly reviews stakeholders can quickly see where things stand. One unexpected benefit has been catching risks earlier; it’s helped us address small issues before they turn into bigger delays during the migration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance & Speed: Boards can slow down when there are lots of items and columns, and I still run into occasional glitches or long load times. On larger SEO audit boards or CMS migration trackers with hundreds of tasks, the lag can be noticeable and makes day-to-day updates feel a little painful. The dashboards are useful, but they’re limited if you need deeper analytics, and some views/reports seem to require Pro+. As a result, tracking SEO impact metrics or long-term migration progress doesn’t feel as robust unless you put in extra setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For our CMS, SEO, and website migration initiatives, monday.com has become invaluable by giving us a single, clear place to manage requests and tasks, define ownership, track timelines, map dependencies, flag risks, and document decisions. Because everything is documented in one place with clear ownership, team members now flag challenges earlier (as planned in our weekly/bi-weekly updates). This has reduced last-minute surprises during content migrations and SEO implementations. We’re currently at ~80-100% tracking in monday.com and on track to hit full single-source-of-truth status. As a result, stakeholder meetings are faster and more effective — my teammates and manager get high visibility without me preparing separate reports.

Board Organization and Automations That Keep The Work On Track

  • April 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to organize boards, assign tasks to colleagues, share progress updates without having to send an email / flood inboxes. The automations are definitely a top favorite feature and I use them on every single board.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the left-hand bar for organizing boards was a bit more flexible. We don't use the "Doc" feature, largely because it's too hard to organize multiple docs in a way that we would want to in the left-hand navigation bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it's solving is team communication. We no longer are back and forth checking on progress to project completion. Instead, we can just check progress directly on our shared boards. For me personally, it's solved all of my To-Do problems. Since we started using Monday, I have completely abandoned written to do lists or Outlook to do lists. Monday is far more effective at allowing me to streamline, organize, change due dates, etc.

Intuitive and Versatile, Slightly Pricey

  • April 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface of monday Work Management; I think it's beautiful and so easy to use. It's intuitive, which makes it straightforward for everyone, even for someone who's not very tech-savvy, like my boss. I like that it's highly adaptable to our business needs, and I've always found a way to use it for whatever task I need. The task management features are great, especially with the toggles and organizational tools that are super useful, along with percentage breakdowns at the bottom of the task manager sheets. I rely on it for task management, and I find it specifically great for that.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is really hard. I feel like we pay a lot of money and we still don't get all of the features that I would like to have. It was a little buggy with HoneyBook.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management as a task and project manager, helping track our business information and manage our rental tenants.

Seamlessly Efficient, Intuitive, and Highly Recommended

  • March 31, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management to be incredibly easy to use, and I love the templates because they are fantastic. It's very intuitive and has made it really easy to onboard new people. The system has truly solved a ton of problems for us. The templates are incredibly helpful because they save me from starting from scratch on everything, and the library of resources is great for discovering things I didn't know I needed. The initial setup was extremely easy, taking less than five minutes to get the team on board and to set up our first boards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I love everything about monday.com. Potentially, the only thing that could be helpful would be to have an offline capability because we do have teams in Africa who lose Internet frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management improves our collaboration, boosts task progress, and helps us identify roadblocks. It's intuitive, making new staff onboarding easy.
