Really easy to use software!
What do you like best about the product?
what I like the most about Zilliz is that it offers an easy-to-use dashboard and API for database management and monitoring, also it offers training webinars and courses to develop skills to use this software
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really like the fact it sometimes is tricky to use in mobile devices, other than that, I do not have any dislikes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm utilizing Zilliz Cloud Standard edition. Because of its dedicated, secure cloud server, excellent tools for managing and searching vector databases, optimized Milvus, and flexible deployment to accommodate increased production loads, it offers tremendous value for the money and is working well for us.

Really amazing features!
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the fact it has helped me manage data really easily and it has provided me several tools in their dashboard that is really easy and efficient, making it easy to read for management workers, and it really effortless to integrate within our company
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a quite deep learning curve for administrators that are not used to this type of product, it could be a little difficult to use if you do not have enough experience working with IT solutions, other than that, it is an amazing product
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us solve the problem within our company to manage large databases efficiently, compared to other similar products, Zilliz really outperforms with ease of use and scalability!
Really Useful product
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how dependable, scalable, and quick Zilliz cloud is. Big vector data sets are supported by it. Numerous platforms and frameworks, including Pytorch and Tensorflow, are compatible with Zilliz Cloud. Additionally, it offers an easy-to-use dashboard and API for database management and monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I've been using Ziliiz for a few weeks, I haven't had many problems with it because to its simple setup and helpful customer service. If they continue to add the newest features in the next days, I think it will be more beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently use Zilliz as our secondary database because we need a vector database and it's a new technology. It handles data pretty effectively. the implementation and integration have gone well.
Intelligent data management platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Zilliz is a special platform that facilitates my efficient development and management of data instances. when compared to other software, this one is relatively simple to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be stuck at times and take a long time to work. It an only one negative feeling about Zilliz product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is a real-time data processing time and analysis application that helps management make effective choices of graphs to present the data that different graphical forms.
Great vector database
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-use platform. It's among the best vector databases present. We have been using it for the past 6ish months to store our data. The AI integration is amazing and has highly improved our efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation needs to get more comprehensive as the current documentation has fewer examples and overall is unstructured. Since its in beta stage bugs are expected but hopefully they wont be when its in proper production stage
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our secondary database as of now, we require a vector database and since its a new tech, we are using Zilliz. The data handling is quite efficient in it. Integration and implementation have been smooth as well, it's just that the bugs are worrying us. We are hoping that they will be resolved soon. Apart from that it's an amazing DBMS
Simple Yet Effectice
What do you like best about the product?
I'm not sure what else I would do without Zilliz. Their products are incredibly simple to use, but get the job done.

I do not have anything negative to say about Zilliz. Their products run smooth and effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
zilliz is very user fiendly program. the greastest thingh about zillizis its training courses and webinars, which are accessible online and provide us with in depth knowledge of the newest, cutting edge technologies that are readily intergrated and put into practice or help 24 hours customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
the cost renewals has increased and managing the dashboard from a mobile device is challenging . the remainder of the app is complete.

One pf the bestthings and about zilliz cloud its low pricing options and faster output. i enjoy utilizing zilliz for navigation.
Great tool for analysing and managing the data
What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about this cloud is that a person can showcase the data to the management ingraphical form which is easy to be understoof by the higher management.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me its a little bit tricky tool to work on so I had to devote time to learn, gain knowledge about it and get familier to it. Hence, at times working with the data seems so complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It offers wide range of graphs so that the data can be presented in various graphical views and as it is a real-time data processing and analysibg tool so it helps management in taking decision effectively.
Powerful yet approachable NaaS platform
What do you like best about the product?
The free trial was a great way to get hands on with the product! The key selling point to us was that Zilliz is provider agnostic, so we can work with customers in AWS, Azure, or in their own private cloud environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a significant learning curve for those not familiar with the latest cloud computing tools.. low code does not mean no code!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing our customers network connectivity manually. Zilliz provides this service and is reliable and flexible.
My experience was smooth, flawless and effortless.
What do you like best about the product?
What I liked most about Zilliz was the ease-of-use. The implementation was straight forward and the documentation was really helpful. Through just skimming through the documentation I was able to get a vivid sense on how I could incorporate their technologies with my projects. The team was also helpful and fast to respond to any question or concern I had.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least thing was that I can't access the pricing details in the user dashboard. I could see the pricing calculator on another page, but not in the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zilliz made it easier for me to get started with vector databases and seamless for me to ride the LLM hype train and boost my skills even further in my career and learn high in-demand skills.
