Great Monitoring tool!

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and customizable. It allows me to monitor my teams. It's desktop plugins also gives the agents visibility one click away
What do you dislike about the product?
Great! Nothing to dislike so far, great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day call center monitoring and reporting for workforce management.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows us in the phone queue to keep track of each other (I. E. time in queue and away on breaks) to provide seamless customer care.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very buggy. Often it shuts down in the morning, for unscheduled maintenence. It's most inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As noted above, it helps our large employee pool an opportunity to keep an eye on coverage, so that every customer needing assistance can get it in a timely manner, without needing to wait.

Try it and see if it works for you.

you can view live call activities - for example, you can see how many agents are currently busy/idle, and how many calls are abandoned etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to download data and verify the accuracy of the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used it to analyze call center activities and you can use it to get a general idea of the trends
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for digging deep into your call center data, you may want to consider other alternatives. Taske is not a satisfying tool for businesses like transparency. However, if you have a strong IT team who can manage the set-ups and can efficiently make changes, this tool can be helpful.
