A Whole Package Suite
What do you like best about the product?
Be it decision management, managing content or workflow, IBM has a suite that gives you the best combination of services and tools that could streamline your process so easily. It's error-free and compact, what else do you need for automated and easy workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since, it is fairly new, the integration of IBM is a little tricky. From our end, it requires more time than needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a one-stop solution to manage and assign workflow and plan things accordingly, with IBM Cloud Pak, we are now able to use its scalable tools to implement both content as well as workflow management.

IBM cloud Pak includes (AI) tools like IBM Watson which help to automate task, personalised customer experience and developnew product and service.

What do you like best about the product?
- Great unified automation experience as CP4BA combines various automation capabitily under one umbrella, eliminating the need to explore multiple tools
- CP4BA is AI powered which can analyse the process to great extend and suggest optimised solution.

What do you dislike about the product?
- Learning curve is steep and requires training from professional or experiences person, before actual implementation
- Cost is bit high
- Once started using it, it becomes difficult to migrate to other vendors

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have successfully automated over 200 repeative mannual task and freed up employee are utilised in other skilled task , saving time and money. We have observed 25% increase in process efficiency.

Sometime its digitalizion of images not good although it provide intelligient capturing.

It solves our work flow, how to orgnize the work, scheduling and help in timely delivery. it help in tracking progress of work development. It also helps in managing content, developing and wrting enterprise solution. Establishing the communication among the diverse application

- IBM Cloud Pak is a costly tool and requires individual licenses to avail any new functionality.
- Since it is hosted on cloud, the cost to maintain the infrastructure and real time demands makes it a little complex as compared to other products.
- The seamless integration is only limited to IBM based products/solutions only
- It lacks dashboard capability for having a 360 degree view of Bot and other processes.

IBM improves the licensing aspect of their offering. It is difficult to get started and the training materials have improved over time. It is in line with competing products in terms of pricing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow and troubleshooting after deployment is difficult. The lack of solutions from command line systems makes problem solving difficulties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of time consuming processes by automating them. This automation has saved us an amount and resources.
Intuitive Automation Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is a tool that actually takes manual workflows and helps you build out automation workflow to reduce neccessity of manual work. The AI and ML workflows are the best I've worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning curve in using the product is steep at first, the training materials will get better for support aspects. Follows the trends of being pricey like its competitors.

We purely used this to help with our revenue management and risk management solutions, and helping us drive innovation and faster time to market.

What do you like best about the product?
First IBM Cloud Pak for Business a single point to manage all your business automations. I have primarily use this for RPA to automate clients manual running process which they use to do with their custom application. Providing end to end automation of their day to day operations using openshift RPA SaaS of IBM Cloud Pak.
What do you dislike about the product?
The licensing part of their offering is confusing but heard they have worked on that part. Also for my client Ibm data cap is not yet introduced which is essential integration with RPA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Migration from physical infrastructure to Ibm cloud and then having compatibility with all the Ibm cloud Pak is very amazing. For our customers IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation SaaS played a vital role. It is easy to integrate the capabilities of different cloud paks like process mining and RPA
