A differentiated Approch to Business Automation
What do you like best about the product?
IBM Cloud Pak for Automation is a well designed integrated module of services and is very intuitive and easy to use. We integrated Process Mining along with it and got good insights over procrss efficiency
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike the other players into automation space IBM Cloud Pak for Automation is use case limited and need improvement to address conplex processes specifically into BFSI segment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped in solving multiple account mapping procedures we are working with HANA transactions and using this tool we were able to reduce backlog time by a good reasonable hours

What do you like best about the product?
Every single tool in this cloud is an essential revolutionary digital transformation tool for us without a doubt, we love the fact that two of the greatest ROI drivers that we didn't even know that we could get with the license of this 'Cloud Pak for Business Automation', But IBM surprised us with an access to the 'Application Designer' of 'Business Automation Studio', The powerful low-code application builder with an easy-to-use interface to seamlessly build professional business apps with true low-code and this was one of most excellent builders we've used to create apps. It's one of the most significant ROI drivers since the pandemic until now.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the documentation as the cloud itself requires a lot of training time for beginners and first-time users since the implementation isn't so easy and this caused a training journey for our juniors to master it or at least the learn basics, Also the cloud performance goes down on heavy workloads, I have no idea about the main reason but they need to consider it for the upcoming improvements and bug-fixes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This cloud was the reason to drive the highest ROI for our agency as well as for our clients, We utilize process mining to identify the most significant operational hotspots and to run process change scenarios to evaluate potential effects, It's enabling us to run process automation seamlessly with robotic process automation bots and evaluate the outcomes for super-fast ROI calculation to generate results instantly after identifying process hotspots, determining which activities should be automated, and using the deep intelligence of IBM's perfect combination of AI and ML to discover patterns and the following suggested steps.

What do you like best about the product?
On top of our favorite tools from IBM Cloud Pak is the comprehensive intelligent AI-Capabilities to achieve the operational excellence via decision management to make better decisions faster based on the advanced predictive analytics combined with AI to turn insights into personalized customer actions, We love the workflow management for empowering our employees with a 360-degree view of data and metrics to seamlessly measure success and easily participate in workflow improvement. All this get combined together to deliver the main purpose of digital transformation and its the automation, IBM RPAs are having the best operationalized AI technologies in the market these days and with the number of insights and metrics we gain, We become able to employ bots to do "very complex" processes and get rid of all the repetitive boring manual tasks and even complete them quickly to save time and reduce the operational cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
No disappointments but we would be happy if they added more pre-built workflows to help us save time and to discover new automation opportunities with different use-cases. We also had a hard time with the training journey and the documentation wasn't so informative with detailed instructions, We hope that they improve it for future learners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our favorite solution of 2020/22 since the release of Process Mining and this cloud is the main-key of our growth and impressive ROI based on digitalization, We're glad to share that we've become a part of the "Digital Egypt" program by implementing Cloud Pak for 3 government institutions, We detected their hotspots and improved them using the advanced intelligence of Process Mining to automate repetitive tasks and reduce their manual tasks with straight-through processing and seamless automation, We succeed to pinpoint customers pain-points and increased customer satisfaction score with proven results.

What do you like best about the product?
When the pandemic started and I realized how late I am for the digital transformation, IBM was the first company to come to my mind as a digital transformation leader, Process Transformation was our first priority based on market requirements and that's the game-changing moment of joining "IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation", The real game-changer of our digital transformation journey starting with the automation super-hero, The digital employee (RPA) who does no mistakes until the operational intelligence to prioritize tasks and make predictive decisions, "IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation" was the main key to achieve the operational excellence and a successful digital transformation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Technically there was nothing but the minimum pricing of the license is not what small companies expected and it's toohigh for basic uses like an agency like us setting it up for a startup, I hope sooner or later it's reduced even if it's a little bit, And the documentation needs to be more detailed and clearer with more video tutorials like screening with voiceovers could be perfect.

Based on the importance of every product included in the Cloud Pak, They were all like applying magic to the operation, On top of them was the AI-powered RPA with the seamless intelligent automation and pre-built workflows along with DecisionManagement for making better decisions through the deep analytics and business rules to turn insights into effective personalized customer actions to get measurable results and optimize customer experiences for crossing customer expectations.

What do you like best about the product?
AI is very appropriate to the setting and provides a good experience. Cloud computing features are up to the mark, which provides a seamless experience. Workflow analyses are great to have and provide good insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit complicated to operate it despite having all the knowledge, i.e., it can be simplified for better UX. It can be implemented fast but needs time to get used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have integrated it with our legacy system and have automated repetitive tasks with Cloud Pak's help. This has helped us save a lot on resources and eventually has enabled us to grow revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
The CP4BA platform provides all 7 business capabilities required to Automate business processes and infuse them with AI/ML. Specifically, these required business capabilities are: Ingestion, interpretation, recommendations, decisions, orchestration, execution, and optimization. As a result, businesses can do more with less, enabling them to grow without additional headcount.

The costs associated with minimally viable implementations often exceed the expected return from initial solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are primarily creating solutions with the IBM CP4BA platform that automate customer "applications for services" related processes that require complex review and approval stages with integration to other lines of business systems.

It's an integrated software package built for hybrid cloud environment. It's very robust and scalable software.

Data capture (OCR) capabilities seem to lack behind its peers in terms of functionality.
