What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This provides protection to whole enterprise network under on simple cloud console. its fast, and very reliable antivirus engine to scan and identify the thearts. Also, this has machine learning features which can be very useful for Zero day attacks as well.

What do you like best about the product?
CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection is the best in class product with the ease of use and implementation. The XDR detections which are detected on the endpoints provides you a visibility of all minor to major adversaries on the endpoints. We use this product in our day to day activities where our SOC team monitors and integrate the same with other solutions for better visibility from the network. The customer support is really fast and accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to integration with other tools sometimes the prerequiste to integrate is a bit length process which needs to be changed and sometimes we get a lot of false positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CrowdStrike Falcon Endpoint Protection helps us to stop threats quickly and also provide a lot of important information about each and every detection.
Compliance benefits are also a part of this solution which is benefiting us a lot. The generated reports also helps us to evaulate the threats in weekly manner.

What do you like best about the product?
We used to have a different application earlier named SentinelOne ranger.
However, we switched from that to CrowdStrike, reason being the application is more secure and reliable.
It runs in the background daily on all the Commscope computers.
It is integrated into all the computers, servers and share drives to protect our computers.
Easy to use and well optimized.
It automatically detects any threats or files when any external source is connected, or any unknown file is downloaded from the web to keep secure the computer.
However, we switched from that to CrowdStrike, reason being the application is more secure and reliable.
It runs in the background daily on all the Commscope computers.

We can't generally go into much detail when we select the sensor from the system tray.
All it shows is running version and if the computer is online and if it is secure.
There should be a scan option to help check the computer status.
You need to reach the Customer Support to get those details.

It is keeping our devices secure be it on prem or on cloud.
So far the experience has been good and the computers are secure enough with CrowdStrike Falcon.
Unlike sentinelone this application detects threats and notifies the teams which are responsible to eliminate or take actions.

What do you like best about the product?
Its sandboxing feature gives you time to investigate incidents, and provides great visbility and malwares can be analyzed using Hybrid Analysis. Its network isolation helps quarantining the issue from affecting other systems in the network. Also, easy to integrate with SIEM technologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It hasn't caused any issues for me. I have known the customer support service to be bit slower than you expect but nothing frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great real-time visibility and reaction to all the endpoints.Offers a lightweight agent. Network isolation and sandboxing features help a lot in conducting an investigation.

An overall positive experience with crowdstrike
What do you like best about the product?
I am not a heavy user of crowdstrike so i cant give a super in deph review however when i have used it which has been quite a lot recently in the last few months due to project work it has been a joy to work with it has a lot of differnt features which my company has not made use of yet however i have full confidence that these features will be easy to implement and intergrate into our crodstrike enviroment i have only had to conatct customer support once during this year for some advice and they were very helpful and got to my issue quickly

I think due to my lack of time using the product i have quite a biased review however i have no negatives for crowdstike it has been perfect really
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed us to roll out the control of USB sticks via policies and grouping tags this projrct was very beneficial for us due to the fact we had a security audit recently and they tried USB sticks and this did not work

The best feature of crowdstrike falcon is that it is very easy to use and manage and works in offline mode also and the product implementation was very easy the customer support was also helpfull.
What do you dislike about the product?
crowdstrike falcon is premium endpoint prtection solution so it is very costly compare to other solutions and sometimes its detection engine detects number of false positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is helping me to protect my endpoints from ransomware attacks that i was worried for and protecting my whole network from sophosticated attacks and safeguarding me from attackers.
