What do you like best about the product?
Customization and the automation it provides along with the options needed while mananging projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes by me, but as it is customizable some user might find it complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking Projects like there status or updates, directly accesible links that don't require individual login.

What do you like best about the product?
Able to add sub task for major task. Able to update the task status as working on it or done. Able to add update /notes for the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain pricing model limit how many people able to add to the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For the most time able to keep tracking what task to do.

What do you like best about the product?
Very simple interface, and it's easy to create and nest subtasks. I can easily reorder issues, color-code status and archive items but find them again easily. Stakeholders can easily get up to speed, and share assets. I am able to connect it to Jira just by using a text field to paste Jira tickets. I have used Wrike, Smartsheet, MS Project, and none of them compare to this. I am in Monday almost every workday, and yet it feels almost effortless to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a long time to replicate existing functionality/fields from other tools (Wrike/Smartsheet/etc), and it can be difficult to find a worksheet unless you know the exact title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a place to share project status with stakeholders and product owners, where they can give feedback, attach assets, etc. I also love being able to create bug tracking forms as an easy way for testers to enter issues, and have them automatically display as a spreadsheet for me to track -- no manual spreadsheet creation!

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things you can do and I enjoy their custom automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features and it the platform definitely has a learning curve that is a bit intimating and time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a large group focus on the important parts of a project and having project items all in one place.

Monday dev is providing frequent updates that bring more and easier ways to use the platform in my daily work. Everytime I get an email notifying about these updates, I get excited and want to know about the news.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is very easy to use, setup, configure and obviously, the API endpoiint is really straightforward once you get used to the requirements to make it work with 3rd-party systems. It has several important features like: dashboard, triggers, integration with all the environments. Also, we use the software frequently since we have all the production team involved using Monday for daily operations. Finally, we do also love the tech support when we get any issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some issues that needs to be scalated thru customer support and that takes a few hours until we get them solved but service is really good and helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com to track our daily operations there by integrating it with our own CRM so we can easily follow-up on each order by the constant deals that come into the pipeline. That helps us a lot to keep control of every account that we need to work on.
