It is very easy to learn and develop the automations

I didnt find anything which i dont like in workato

We are developing the recipes to migrate the data from legacy systems to netsuite.

Great technology stack, crucially the post-sales support is fantastic
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get up and running very rapidly (First live recipe running 2 weeks after we signed the contract). The solution scales up as our business grows and they invest a lot in the product (through Accelerators, or prepackaged, customizable automations such as their Enterprise Knowledge Bot (aka GPT for the Enteprise). Customer support is really good. They can jump into and help troubleshoot a recipe in almost real-time, and I've reached out to them in the evenings and weekends too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have a complaint at this time, so far they're meeting expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Supporting the automation of critical business processes (Lead to Cash) and replacing manual steps across multiple systems.

What do you like best about the product?
Its simple and easy to use, graphical representation is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support services are not as expected due to delay in providing the solution. In case ticket raised. it won't be solved 90%.

What do you like best about the product?
Workato simultaneously allows for no-code integrations like other tools on the market, while having the flexibility to expand upon them.
What do you dislike about the product?
When dealing with code, error messages are insufficient. All job history erasing after 30 days can be a hindrance as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workato serves as a fast and efficient tool to build out integrations.
Automate with ease and Excellent Support
What do you like best about the product?
The features and ease of use. They are updating the platform constantly to meet the current technologies. Customer support is great. Integrations are the best. And implementation is fairly easy. It can be used for automating daily mundane tasks and use it often.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task based pricing is a limiter for smaller companies

Quickly automating our processes and data that needs to be transferred on a daily and weekly basis.

Simple to use and great supporting documentation. Onboarding sessions with Shyam were incredibly useful.

Accuratly moving data between multiple cloud based sources freeing up time from manualy updating data
Excellent platform with amazing service
What do you like best about the product?
I love the simplicity of the platform and how quickly it has made a difference to our business. We are using it to support business processes that it is not really designed to manage, but it has managed to not only deliver but excel at these workflows.
We are starting to exapnd its use through the wider team.
Whenever a new use case comes up, Workato can inevitably handle it.

What do you dislike about the product?
The initial implementation took a while as we had so many use cases to choose from.
it was confusing at first for new users, especially with the On Prem agents and the config of the connections on grouped servers.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to support our overnight supply chain batch processing. This is a fundamental control mechanism in our replenishment processing and is used daily.
We also use it to manage our Retail APIs as well as to support our DRS scheme APIs.

Workato: flexible, easy to use and powerful
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of designing recipes is well deigned with tiles and it is similar to a flow chart. Workato can connect to basicallly any data source whether it is located in the cloud or on premise. It works well with ERP systems as well.
It is also robust and reliable. Plus low code and it has an "AI" helper in case of need. Customer support is also helpful most of the time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind on negative aspects of Workato.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To transport data from Domo to an advanced planning system called Kinaxis.
An intuitive tool for software integrations
What do you like best about the product?
Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use and implement. It is very versatile as it can get data from both direct connection to the applications and API calls. It runs reasonably fast and can be a great tool for integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
In the future I would like Workato to focus a bit more on looping and loop opertions, such as adding while loops and making it easier to do operations on lists. It is an area with room for improvements for the developer's experience.

We had to integrate ServiceNow with Jira and we did it through Workato.
