Simplified Workflow for Amazon Cognito

Today we are announcing the following features and workflow improvements for Amazon Cognito.

• We added the ability to write to the Cognito sync store for Developer Credentials. For example, game developers can run backend processes to give game players prizes by setting a flag in the player’s Cognito profile.
• We added a new console interface that allows you to browse and edit identity data in the console.
• We simplified the process of setting up roles for your identities. You can now access the starter code from the identity pool dashboard in the Management Console and initialize the Cognito SDK without passing the role Amazon Resource Names (ARNs).
