I tried to verify my account by phone, but the PIN I entered was rejected. I'm sure it's the correct PIN, but I'm unable to verify my account by phone.
Try the following:
- Retry the phone verification process by choosing Retry.
- Double-check the PIN that you entered is correct.
- If you entered the number into your phone's keypad, try speaking the numbers instead.
- Contact AWS Support. You can still file a support case even if your account isn't yet verified by phone.
