Les partenaires de livraison AWS Direct Connect répertoriés ont réussi un test supplémentaire de validation du programme de prestation de services AWS et sont aptes à permettre aux clients d’accéder à AWS Direct Connect. Les partenaires de livraison AWS Direct Connect ont établi une surveillance d’interconnexion et sont autorisés à allouer des capacités supérieures à 500 Mbit/s.
Le Programme de prestation de services AWS permet aux clients d’AWS d’identifier des partenaires AWS expérimentés et ayant une connaissance approfondie des services AWS spécifiques. Les partenaires de livraison AWS Direct Connect ont fait l’objet des vérifications techniques et commerciales AWS. Ils vous apportent de la flexibilité et un choix de connexion avec AWS, notamment des connexions dédiées et la surveillance améliorée du lien réseau entre les partenaires de livraison AWS Direct Connect et AWS.

Comment les partenaires fournisseurs AWS Direct Connect offrent l’accès à AWS Direct Connect
Les partenaires fournisseurs AWS Direct Connect vous aident à établir une connectivité réseau entre les points d'accès AWS Direct Connect et leur centre de données, leur bureau ou leur environnement d'hébergement d'infrastructures, ceci via les modèles de connexions suivants : connexions dédiées, connexions hébergées, interfaces virtuelles hébergées.
Connexions dédiées
Connexions dédiées : ports Ethernet physiques 1 Gb/s, 10 Gb/s ou 100 Gb/s dédiés à un seul client qui prend en charge 50 interfaces virtuelles privées ou publiques (VIF) et 4 interfaces virtuelles de transit. L'accroissement de la capacité peut se faire en combinant les connexions dédiées via l'option « Groupes d'agrégation de liaisons ». Les partenaires fournisseurs AWS Direct Connect peuvent vous aider à commander des connexions dédiées directement à partir de la console AWS, de l'interface de ligne de commande ou de l'API AWS.
Connexions hébergées
Les connexions hébergées sont disponibles de 50 Mbit/s à 25 Gb/s. Vous pouvez commander des connexions hébergées auprès d'un partenaire fournisseur AWS Direct Connect approuvé pour la prise en charge de ce modèle. Le partenaire fournisseur AWS Direct Connect alloue chaque connexion hébergée sur un lien réseau entre lui et AWS et partagé par plusieurs clients. Le partenaire fournisseur AWS Direct Connect et AWS peuvent limiter le trafic réseau sur chaque connexion hébergée à sa capacité. AWS s'assure que la somme des capacités de toutes les connexions hébergées sur un lien réseau entre le partenaire fournisseur AWS Direct Connect et AWS est inférieure ou égale à la capacité du lien réseau.
Seuls certains partenaires AWS sont approuvés par AWS pour offrir des capacités de 1 Gbps à 25 Gbps. Une connexion hébergée n'est activée que lorsque vous l'acceptez dans la console AWS, la CLI ou l'API.
Les connexions hébergées ne prennent en charge qu'une interface virtuelle privée ou publique. Les clients qui ont besoin de plusieurs VIF peuvent obtenir plusieurs connexions hébergées ou utiliser une connexion dédiée, laquelle prend en charge 50 VIF privées ou publiques et 1 VIF de transit.
Interfaces virtuelles hébergées (VIF hébergées)
Une interface virtuelle hébergée est attribuée à un compte AWS différent de celui attribué à la connexion dédiée et ne dispose d'aucune capacité attribuée par AWS. Certains partenaires fournisseurs AWS Direct Connect autorisent l'accès à AWS Direct Connect en créant des VIF hébergées assignées à votre compte AWS. Une VIF hébergée ne peut pas devenir active tant que vous ne l'avez pas acceptée dans la console AWS, l'interface de ligne de commande ou l'API AWS. Le partenaire fournisseur AWS Direct Connect met en service chaque VIF hébergée sur un lien réseau entre lui et AWS et partagé par plusieurs clients. Chaque interface virtuelle hébergée a accès à toute la capacité disponible sur le lien réseau dans le sens AWS-partenaire fournisseur AWS Direct Connect.
Il est possible de dépasser la capacité d'abonnement du lien réseau, car AWS ne limite pas la capacité de trafic réseau sur chaque interface virtuelle hébergée. AWS n'autorise donc plus de nouvelles intégrations de service pour les partenaires fournisseurs AWS Direct Connect utilisant des interfaces virtuelles hébergées. AWS vous recommande d'utiliser des connexions dédiées ou hébergées si vous avez des charges de travail sensibles à l'encombrement du réseau.
