Get billed and pay in your preferred currency
You can now choose the currency that you would like to use to pay your AWS bill. You can select from a choice of Australian Dollars, Swiss Francs, Danish Kroner, Euros, British Pounds, Hong Kong Dollars, Japanese Yen, Norwegian Kroner, New Zealand Dollars, Swedish Kronor, and South African Rand. If your credit card provider currently charges you expensive fees for converting currency, choosing to be billed in your preferred currency may help you to reduce these costs. You can compare our rates, which are displayed on the Account Settings page of the AWS Billing Console, with your credit card statements to determine if using our currency conversion service would benefit you.
To take advantage of this new feature, all you need to do is to specify the currency you would like to be billed in using the AWS Billing Console. Once you've specified your preferred payment currency, your future monthly invoices will be converted to this currency. We'll display your preferred currency in the billing console, and you can always change your preferred currency at any time.
