The AWS SDK for Go is now generally available and recommended for production use. We have been working on a number of improvements since the Developer Preview announcement in June, including:
- Session struct: share configuration and request handlers between service clients
- JMESPATH support: manipulate and query complex API responses and other structures using simple expressions
- Paginators: easily iterate over multiple pages of List* operations
- Waiters: block code execution on asynchronous changes in resource states
- Comprehensive developer guide
We will continue to add timely support for new AWS APIs and introduce additional features to the SDK. As always, please find us on GitHub and let us know how we can improve your developer experience.
