You can now use Docker 1.9 on your Docker environments managed by AWS Elastic Beanstalk. Visit here to learn more about deploying web applications from Docker containers with Elastic Beanstalk.
Additionally, the Amazon Linux kernel has been updated and includes a security update that addresses a use-after-free vulnerability, CVE-2016-0728.
