AWS Marketplace is pleased to announce that customers can now discover Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications that are available on AWS PrivateLink, and connect to these applications using verified DNS names on the service endpoints. AWS PrivateLink enables customers to access services hosted on AWS in a highly available and scalable manner, while keeping the network traffic within the AWS network.
With AWS Marketplace integrations, customers can directly purchase SaaS applications available on AWS PrivateLink from AWS Marketplace. As part of AWS Marketplace’s curation process, each seller’s DNS name is verified, enabling customers to select a service by name. These names show up automatically in your VPC Console for all of a customer’s registered SaaS applications purchased through AWS Marketplace. With AWS PrivateLink on AWS Marketplace, customers can quickly identify products that support AWS PrivateLink. At launch, five sellers on AWS Marketplace offer products supported on AWS PrivateLink: Aqua Security, CA Networks, Cisco, Dynatrace, and SigOpt.
