AWS Developer Series Relaunched on edX
AWS Training and Certification has re-launched the AWS Developer Series exclusively on edX. This digital series features three courses that help developers to continue building their skills to deepen their cloud expertise with AWS.
AWS Developer: Building on AWS teaches learners to work in Python on Linux to develop a web application that builds on their developer skills. AWS Developer: Deploying on AWS has learners apply concepts and practices behind DevOps methodology to build and test an application using AWS Cloud9, then deploy a cloud-based infrastructure with AWS Elastic Beanstalk. Finally, AWS Developer: Optimizing on AWS focuses on performance tuning the application developed in the first two courses using containers with the Amazon ECS, Amazon CloudFront and Amazon ElastiCache caching services, as well as the Amazon CloudWatch monitoring tool.
Learners can audit this course on edX for free for six weeks after they enroll, or they may pay a one-time fee of $149 USD to earn a verified certificate per course.
