AWS Toolkit for JetBrains announces support for CLion, PhpStorm, GoLand and RubyMine IDEs

Posted on: May 28, 2020

The AWS Toolkit for JetBrains now supports CLion, PhpStorm, GoLand, and RubyMine. Customers will now be able to download the AWS Toolkit from these newly supported JetBrains IDEs by browsing the plug-in marketplace from within the IDEs.

The AWS Toolkit for JetBrains is an open source plugin for the integrated development environments (IDEs) from JetBrains. The toolkit makes it easier to create, debug, and deploy software applications on Amazon Web Services using any of the supported JetBrains IDEs (IntelliJ IDEA, PyCharm, WebStorm, Rider, CLion, PhpStorm, GoLand or RubyMine). Using the Toolkits, you can view resources in your AWS account in the ‘AWS Resource Explorer View’, and access various services, such as viewing the S3 browser, CloudWatch logs, remote lambda invoke from your IDE.

Install the AWS Toolkit and share your feedback, feature requests, and issues on the AWS toolkit extension on GitHub. Check out the AWS Toolkit User Guide.
