Providers using AWS Data Exchange can now publish new revisions to their data products more easily. Before this launch, providers were required to take both finalization and publishing steps to add new revisions to products. Additionally, if a revision was included in multiple products, providers had to take other publishing actions for each individual product they wanted to update.
With automatic revision publishing, providers can now publish revisions to products in one step instead of two. Moreover, this capability makes it easy to add individual revisions to multiple products. For providers managing frequent revision updates, automatic revision publishing saves significant time and effort.
AWS Data Exchange makes it easy to find, subscribe to, and use third-party data in the cloud. Customers use AWS Data Exchange to subscribe to a diverse selection of third-party data products. Once subscribed, customers can use the AWS Data Exchange API or console to export the data they’ve subscribed to into Amazon S3, making it directly available for analysis using AWS’s analytics and machine learning services.
