Amazon SageMaker Studio is an integrated development environment (IDE) that provides a single, web-based visual interface where users can access purpose-built tools to perform all machine learning (ML) development steps, from preparing data to building, training, and deploying ML models. Today, we are excited to announce a redesign that enhances the user experience by improving navigation, discoverability, and overall look and feel for SageMaker Studio.
This redesign includes a new navigation menu that highlights clear points of entry into each of SageMaker’s capabilities. The navigation experience is backed by an information architecture that mirrors the typical machine learning workflow to help users identify the right tools for the job. The navigation bar is collapsible at any time for users who want to take advantage of the full screen. The navigation menu items lead to new dynamic landing pages that provide handy links to tutorials and help content to get users started and a more expansive view of resources. Finally, the user interface also introduces a newly designed home page experience that includes one click access to common tasks and workflows, along with a redesigned launcher.
This redesigned SageMaker Studio experience is now available in all AWS regions where Amazon SageMaker Studio is available. To learn more about SageMaker Studio, visit the SageMaker user guide.
