AWS Partners and customers can now collaborate in real-time with AWS account managers and partner managers via Slack channels initiated by AWS sales team members. This capability builds on Slack’s native functionality and incorporates additional controls to safeguard the confidentiality of discussions by ensuring that only necessary participants are involved.
Slack Connect by AWS delivers a simplified, efficient, and secure communication experience for AWS Partner and customer collaboration—which addresses the challenges and inefficiencies associated with traditional communication channels.
Slack Connect is available globally to customers and partners who have an NDA with AWS and are not located in the Greater China Region.
To get started, customers and partners can reach out to their respective AWS Account Manager or Partner Development Manager. AWS representatives can then invite customers and partners to join dedicated Slack channels for collaboration.
