New visualizations available in AWS Partner Central Analytics and Insights Dashboards
Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) announces the launch of three new data visualizations in the Analytics and Insights dashboard experience directly accessible in AWS Partner Central, helping Partners maintain ACE eligibility and improve customer opportunity prioritization.
Prior to this launch, AWS Partners relied on AWS Sales teams to communicate ACE Eligibility requirements and understand AWS integrations in use. In addition, Partners manually assessed customer engagement levels to determine the likelihood for potential sales. Partners can now utilize the “Opportunity Summary data” table and the “At a glance” tab to gain actionable insights to meet requirements faster and drive customer success.
The first insight is the AWS Marketplace solution engagement score, this indicates customer likelihood to purchase Partner solutions. This helps partners identify and prioritize high potential opportunities. The second insight provides Partners with visibility into the criteria that determines ACE Eligibility for AWS to share customer opportunities with them. The third insight provides Partners with visibility into whether their organization has completed AWS Partner CRM integration for ACE, eliminating duplicative efforts for regional partner teams.
