Receive $350 USD in AWS Developer Support credits, valid for one year, that cover technical support via email during business hours as well as general architectural guidance as you build and test. You can open an unlimited number of cases while your support plan is active.
AWS Developer Support also provides access to AWS Trusted Advisor and AWS Personal Health Dashboard. These tools check and provide guidance on provisioning resources following best practices helping you increase performance and improve security.

To apply to AWS Activate Founders, your startup must meet the following criteria:
- New to AWS Activate Founders
- Have not previously received credits from AWS Activate Portfolio
- Have an active AWS Account
- Startup must be self-funded, unbacked or bootstrapped – no institutional funding or affiliation with an Activate Provider
- A company website or web profile
- Startup must be less than 10 years old
