You need to sign in with a valid AWS account to access the application. If you don’t have an account, you can create one for free. If you already have an account, sign in to AWS with your root account credentials to apply. If you don’t have access to the root account and you use IAM user credentials to sign in to AWS, you must have administrator permissions to apply (the administrator IAM policy must be attached to your IAM user entity). If you have an account but it isn’t active, contact AWS Support.
