The Tech Alliance in Thailand is driving a multi-faceted approach to workforce development, leveraging collaborations with government agencies, academic institutions, and industry players as employers. The alliance coordinates with government agencies like Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI) and the Office of National Higher Education Science Research and Innovation Policy Council (NXPO) to modernize programs of studies, and build a sustainable entry-level tech talent pipeline for employers.
