Today, AWS announces the general availability of Incident Managers support of Microsoft Teams, extending support to three chat collaboration platforms, Amazon Chime, Slack, and now Microsoft Teams.
With AWS Chatbot for Microsoft Teams, customers can now incorporate Microsoft Teams chat channels into their Incident Manager Response Plans. During an incident, Incident Manager can send update notifications directly to the Microsoft Teams chat channel to keep all responders informed. Channel members can also run AWS CLI commands to update and interact with the incidents in Microsoft Teams.
