Summit Technology Group has developed a multi-tenant Loan Origination system as a SaaS application using Amazon EKS and Amazon Aurora. The system ensures data isolation for end customer loans through PODS for tenants. Customers can access their data via single tenant accounts created with AWS Control Tower Account Factory for Terraform, complete with QuickSight dashboards. The solution allows customers to view and load data from on-premises or other locations using secure VPN or AWS Direct Connect, providing a comprehensive and secure loan origination platform in the cloud.
