AWS Elemental Appliances and Software video processing and delivery solutions are now available for purchase in the AWS Management Console. The new console presence provides you a simple, unified buying experience to complete your orders from Elemental Technologies LLC (“AWS Elemental”) alongside your access to and use of AWS Services, whether on-premises or in the cloud. It also automates the quote approval process, resulting in faster order processing times and more visibility into orders.
The new console experience lets you view your quotes and orders history, share quotes with users from the same AWS account, confirm quotes online and upload POs, and request changes or updates to your order. Going forward, your AWS Elemental Account Manager will send you a link to the AWS Elemental Appliances and Software section of the AWS Management Console to view and confirm your quote. Click that link and log in with your AWS Account credentials to receive, view and approve quotes, and upload POs directly in the AWS Management Console.
