AWS Service Catalog adds High Reliability Architectures to the Getting Started Library

Posted on: Nov 25, 2019

Today, AWS announces a High Reliability Architectures portfolio available in AWS Service Catalog. This new portfolio contains 7 blueprints for building high reliability applications on AWS. The Getting Started Library in AWS Service Catalog provides well-architected blueprints for using AWS services.

The example blueprints include layers for identity, object store, data, presentation, and application. In addition there is an infrastructure pipeline for staging pre-production and production deployments, and an application architecture example that ties the layers together in a sample high reliability application.

Service Catalog is used by enterprises, system integrators, and managed service providers to organize, govern, and distribute approved applications on AWS. The new High Reliability Architectures are available in all AWS Service Catalog commercial and GovCloud regions.
