Amazon Managed Apache Cassandra Service (MCS), a scalable, highly available, and managed Apache Cassandra–compatible database service, now supports ordering clauses in Cassandra Query Language (CQL) queries and AWS CloudTrail logging for control-plane operations.
By supporting ordering clauses in your CQL queries, MCS enables you to sort your query results. In addition, logging and auditing information for MCS control-plane operations, such as creating keyspaces and tables, is now available in CloudTrail.
MCS is available in preview in the US East (N. Virginia), US East (Ohio), EU (Stockholm), Asia Pacific (Tokyo), and Asia Pacific (Singapore) Regions.
