AWS Managed Services (AMS) now offers Infrastructure Auto-Tagging functionality
AWS Managed Services (AMS) now provides Infrastructure Auto-Tagging feature for automated tagging of AMS infrastructure provisioned for management purposes.
AMS Infrastructure Auto-Tagging allows you to perform cost center allocation for budgeting, cost analysis, reporting and tag-based communications. You can customize the tag keys and tag values for auto-tagging to follow your organizational tagging strategy. The AMS Infrastructure Auto-Tagging feature is enabled during AMS account onboarding process, and eliminates the need to build a custom solution to tag AMS resources provisioned for operational management purposes.
