Amazon AppFlow, a fully managed integration service that helps customers to securely transfer data between AWS services and software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications in just a few clicks, now supports Zendesk as a destination.
This will enable customers to create or update data from several AWS and SaaS services to Zendesk in a few clicks, within minutes. Customers can use this capability for several use cases such as uploading tickets data from a file in Amazon S3 to Zendesk, or transferring users’ data from Salesforce to Zendesk. Like other AppFlow integrations, customers can trigger the data flows based on schedule or on-demand. To learn more, visit our documentation page.
