Amazon Connect now supports playing recorded voice prompts directly from your Amazon S3 bucket, making it easy to create personalized customer experiences in your automated voice systems. Voice prompts are audio files played during customer interactions, such as playing a welcome greeting, requesting information from your customers, or guiding a customer through their desired transaction.

You can now store, organize, and manage as many recorded voice prompts as needed in Amazon S3, and easily access them in real-time via contact attributes in Amazon Connect contact flows. For example, when servicing a customer with upcoming travel, you can play a custom greeting recorded with your company's voice talent, engage customers in their preferred language and combine multiple inputs such as travel destination and a caller’s language preference to play a personalized travel advisory.

Dynamic voice prompt playback is available in all regions where Amazon Connect is offered. There is no additional charge beyond standard pricing for Amazon S3 usage, Amazon Connect service usage and associated telephony rates.
