Amazon Kinesis Data Analytics for Apache Flink now supports Apache Flink version 1.15. This new version includes improvements to Flink's exactly-once processing semantics, Kinesis Data Streams and Kinesis Data Firehose connectors, Python User Defined Functions, Flink SQL, and more. The release also includes an AWS-contributed capability, a new Async-Sink framework which simplifies the creation of custom sinks to deliver processed data. Amazon Kinesis Data Analytics reduces the complexity of building and managing Apache Flink applications. Amazon Kinesis Data Analytics for Apache Flink integrates with Amazon Managed Streaming for Apache Kafka (Amazon MSK), Amazon Kinesis Data Streams, Amazon Opensearch Service, Amazon DynamoDB streams, Amazon S3, custom integrations, and more using built-in connectors.
