AWS Partners and consulting firms can now create an AWS IQ profile for their company and connect with AWS customers. Customers can message the Partner directly and connect to receive immediate help. Partners can choose to respond as a company or as an individual who works for the company when engaging with customers. Any Partner can set up a public profile showcasing their expertise, solutions, employee profiles, ratings, and reviews.
AWS IQ enables customers to collaborate directly with AWS Certified experts, AWS Partners, and consulting firms through the chat-based web application. Customers can post requests and receive responses from our network of AWS Certified experts and consulting partners, or reach out directly to a specific Partner. AWS IQ is available to customers globally (excluding China). Post a request and connect with Partners and independent consultants.
