Starting today, storage optimized Amazon EC2 I3 bare metal instance is now also available in Middle East (Bahrain) region. Amazon EC2 I3 instances (i3.metal) provides your applications with direct access to the compute and memory resources of the underlying next generation AWS hardware and software infrastructure.
Amazon EC2 I3 bare metal instance let you run a variety of workloads on AWS, including non-virtualized workloads, workloads that benefit from direct access to physical resources, and workloads that may have licensing restrictions.
With this regional expansion, I3.metal is now also available in Middle East (Bahrain) region. Customers in this region can purchase the I3.metal instances via Savings Plans, Reserved, On-Demand, and Spot instances.
