Amazon Interactive Video Service (Amazon IVS) now offers in-console broadcasting for its low-latency streaming capability. Once you create at least one channel, you can initiate your first stream from the AWS Management Console.
Previously, Amazon IVS allowed broadcasting using the Amazon IVS broadcast SDKs or third-party streaming software. Now, with the new in-console broadcasting feature, you can broadcast to any of your channels from the console itself in addition to using external broadcasting software or the Amazon IVS broadcast SDKs.
Amazon IVS is a managed live streaming solution that is designed to make low-latency or real-time video available to viewers around the world. Video ingest and delivery are available over a managed network of infrastructure optimized for live video. Visit the AWS region table for a full list of AWS Regions where the Amazon IVS console and APIs for control and creation of video streams are available.
