You can now use GitLab and GitLab Self Managed as the source provider for your CodeBuild projects. You can initiate builds from changes in source code hosted in your GitLab repositories.

AWS CodeBuild is a fully managed continuous integration service that compiles source code, runs tests, and produces ready-to-deploy software packages. With this launch, CodeBuild now supports GitLab, GitLab Self Managed, AWS CodeCommit, Bitbucket Cloud, GitHub.com, and GitHub Enterprise Server source providers.

The new feature is available in all regions where AWS CodeBuild is supported except in the Africa (Cape Town), Asia Pacific (Hong Kong), Asia Pacific (Hyderabad),Asia Pacific (Jakarta), Asia Pacific (Melbourne), Asia Pacific (Osaka), AWS GovCloud (US-West), China (Beijing), China (Ningxia), Europe (Spain), Europe (Zurich), Israel (Tel Aviv), Middle East (Bahrain), and Middle East (UAE) Regions.
