Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) for Oracle now offers Oracle Database Standard Edition 2 (SE2) License Included R7i and M7i instances in Asia Pacific (Thailand) and Mexico (Central) regions.
With Amazon RDS for Oracle SE2 License Included instances, you do not need to purchase Oracle Database licenses. You simply launch Amazon RDS for Oracle instances through the AWS Management Console, AWS CLI, or AWS SDKs, and there are no separate license or support charges.
