Omri Kessel is GM, Agentic AI of Modernization at AWS, where he owns the business, product, and engineering for the agentic AI service that modernizes the world’s enterprise software into cloud-native, AI-native architectures, regardless of language or age. Under his leadership, the service orchestrates thousands of specialized AI agents in parallel to autonomously analyze, decompose, and reimagine enterprise codebases, having processed over 4.5 billion lines of legacy code across institutions including BMW, Itau, Fiserv, and Western Union. Before AWS, Omri spent 17 years at NetApp, where he built and scaled the Cloud Insights observability platform to 50 million events per second across more than 1,000 enterprises, and was a founding team member at Onaro, acquired by NetApp.
