Introducing Release Notes: Stay current with AWS Transform for migrations

When a service evolves quickly, knowing where to look for the latest changes matters just as much as the changes themselves. Today, we’re introducing the AWS Transform for migrations Release Notes. This Releases Notes page, part of the Change Log, the single page where product updates are captured, such as new features and behavioral changes.

What is the difference between the Change Log and the Release Notes? The Change Log captures updates across all the AWS Transform capabilities, whereas the Release Notes provide updates specific to the AWS Transform for migrations.

Why Release Notes

AWS Transform is an actively developed service. New capabilities, workflow improvements, and fixes arrive regularly. Until now, staying informed meant checking documentation broadly or waiting for announcements to surface through other channels.

The release notes page solves this. It gives you one place to monitor what’s new, what changed, and when it happened in reverse chronological order, so the latest updates are always at the top.

What you’ll find there

The Release Notes are organized by month and provide a description of what’s changed and optionally links to additional documentation.

Whether it’s a new workflow capability, a console improvement, or a change to existing behavior, the release notes page is where to find it first. If you’re running active migration projects, this is the fastest way to know when something new is available to your team.
