Johan is the lead scientist of Neuroanatomy at E11 Bio. With his experience in collecting and analyzing large-scale anatomy data, he aims to bridge the gaps between advanced optics, computer vision, and machine learning to make next-generation brain circuit mapping a reality. Johan has a PhD from the Netherlands Institute for Neuroscience and was lead author on HHMI Janelia’s MouseLight project.
