Ministerial Speaker: H.E. Mr. Srettha Thavisin, Prime Minister of Thailand
Data has long been considered a strategic asset by organisations, but generative AI puts a renewed emphasis on the importance of a data strategy. Whether you are building your own model or customising a foundation model, your data is a key differentiator for generative AI, so you need a data strategy that supports relevant, high-quality data. In this session, learn about the data tools that can fuel your generative AI strategy and the common data patterns required to transform your generative AI application from a generic tool to a program that truly knows your business and your customer.
From startups to enterprises, organisations of all sizes are getting started with generative AI. They want to capitalise on this new technology and translate the momentum from betas, prototypes, and demos to real-world innovations and productivity gains. With enterprise-grade security and privacy, leading foundation models, a data-first approach, and the most performant, low-cost infrastructure, AWS is trusted to deliver generative AI-fueled innovation. In this session, learn how new generative AI services and capabilities like Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q can help deliver business value across key use cases to enhance employee productivity, improve customer engagement, and build new, differentiated experiences.
Innovation on vector database capabilities have rapidly evolved. In this session, we will share the latest in vector database capabilities across the AWS portfolio. We will then focus on best practices for vector search using Aurora PostgreSQL and RDS for PostgreSQL so you can deliver a high-performance experience to your customers. You will also learn how to store data from Amazon Bedrock in an Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL-Compatible Edition database and learn what SQL queries and tuning parameters optimise the performance of your application when working with AI/ML data, vector data types, exact and approximate nearest neighbour search algorithms, and vector-optimised indexing.
You can infuse generative AI into how your business users interact with data. In this session, learn how Generative BI capabilities in Amazon QuickSight allow business analysts to author dashboards using natural language and how business users can easily dive deep into data by simply asking questions. Discover how business users can also use Generative BI capabilities to quickly create compelling stories to drive decision-making, while developers can integrate these capabilities into applications to differentiate and monetise data like never before.
Join this session to learn how AWS analytics investments in AI- and ML-powered capabilities can help you accelerate data insights, automate tasks, and empower data professionals to build smarter analytics and generative AI applications. See how AWS machine-learning-powered algorithms optimise workflows to make your applications run faster. Learn about new AI-powered features such as the AWS Glue Studio. Also explore Generative BI capabilities in Amazon QuickSight to generate, customise, and share compelling visual narratives using natural language prompts.
Rapid adoption of new data architecture patterns and creative breakthrough technologies such as generative AI are rapidly moving data and analytics to the cloud. Organizations want to be cost-efficient while maximizing performance and are looking for guidance on data strategy and data pipeline optimization to build a strong data foundation for their analytics and generative AI applications. In this session, hear best practices across core AWS analytics services to swiftly and economically get answers from all your data.
