Whether you are new to the cloud or an experienced user, you will learn something new at the AWS Cloud Day Riyadh. This event is designed to educate new customers about the AWS platform and offer existing customers deep technical content to be more successful with AWS.

It features a keynote highlighting the latest announcements, technical sessions led by AWS experts, and customer testimonials. You will learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and more. You will also have opportunities to meet AWS staff and partners to get your questions answered.

Most of AWS Cloud Day Riyadh sessions will be in English and one session will be in Arabic.

At this time, we do not accept submissions for AWS speakers or session content although we always appreciate customer feedback. You can provide us feedback for future events in the event survey.

If you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email after our team reviews your application to register. If you haven't received a confirmation email in a few days please check your spam folder. Once you have checked your spam folder, if you still haven't received your confirmation email, please contact us.

AWS Cloud Day Riyadh registration gives you access to the keynote, all breakout sessions, the Partner Expo, AWS Expo booths. Refreshments offered during the day. Accommodation and transportation is not included in the registration.

You may cancel your AWS Cloud Day Riyadh registration by contacting us. Note: we will go ahead and cancel your ticket, but we might not confirm your cancellation by email.

Onsite at the AWS Cloud Day Riyadh, breakout sessions will be filled on a first-come, first-seated basis. Please note that seats are not guaranteed.

The event venue has a car park outside the convention centre near the mall area.

On the day of the event the registration will open at 08:30am (Riyadh Time).

To collect your event badge, you will need the QR code as well as government issued photo ID. A reminder of this will be sent closer to the event.

Did you find or lose something? You can get lost & found information at the help desk.

No, there is no storage onsite.

We will have WhatsApp Bot Assistance at the event. You will be able to download this feature by scanning through a QR code.

Unfortunately, we do not provide assistance with visa processes.

The AWS Cloud Day Riyadh, at Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residences has been designed to make everyone’s visit as productive and comfortable as possible. If you need additional assistance or have accommodation requests, please contact us at this email address clouddayriyadh@amazon.com at least one week prior to the event. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations. Also, for your accesibility support requests when you come to the event venue request help at the registration desk, we will do our best to provide support.

At Cloud Day Riyadh the food served will be Halal. Vegetarian/Vegan options are labelled at lunch. Please ask us for other food options.

If you offer to have your badge scanned by a sponsor or at a sponsor-branded session, you are requesting AWS share your name, contact information, title, and company with that sponsor so it may contact you by email, phone, and post for marketing purposes. This is optional - you may choose not to offer your badge. For questions, please refer to the AWS Privacy Notice. Contact the sponsor to unsubscribe from the sponsor’s marketing communications. Providing the sponsor with your information may involve transferring it to another country. For questions about how the sponsor will handle your information, please contact the sponsor directly or refer to its privacy policy.
