Shri Jayesh Ranjan

Principal Secretary, Industries & Commerce and Information Technology Government of Telangana

Jayesh Ranjan is a member of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) of the 1992 batch and working in the state of Telangana. He has done international consultancy assignments for the World Bank, UN-ESCAP, Sedatu project of Mexico, and for international NGOs working for Youth Issues like YES, Inc of the USA and NMC from Italy. He is a part of the National Pool of Trainers in Leadership constituted by the Government of India, and is involved in training and mentoring newly recruited Civil Servants. Ranjan is the Principal Secretary of the Industries & Commerce (I&C) and Information Technology (IT) Departments of the Telangana government. His assignment involves developing policy frameworks, attracting new investments, identifying opportunities of utilizing IT in various government processes, and promoting digital empowerment of the citizens. 

Shri Abhishek Singh

President & CEO NeGD & CEO MyGov


Abhishek Singh is an officer of the 1995 batch of IAS with diverse experience of governance and policy formulation. He presently serves as the President and CEO of NeGD, with additional charge of MD and CEO of Digital India Corporation, CEO of MyGov, and CEO of Karmayogi Bharat. Abhishek Singh received a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government as a Mason fellow in May 2013. He has B.Tech and M.Tech degrees in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur. He has worked in diverse Indian States of Nagaland and Uttar Pradesh.

Prof. Sanjeev Singh

Joint Director, University of Delhi South Campus


Sanjeev Singh had worked in the area of optical electronics and obtained his Doctorate in Electronics in 1997 from University of Delhi. For the last twenty five years, apart from teaching post-graduate programs, he had published over 60 research publications in international/national journals and conferences.

At present, he is Professor at Institute of Informatics & Communication, University of Delhi South Campus. He had completed several major research projects sponsored by various government agencies of India. He has conceptualized and implemented ‘Samarth e-Gov’, an Automation Framework for all the central Universities and HEIs of the country. He is Network Fellow of Commonwealth Partnership in Technology Management (CPTM), London, UK. He is member of the Innovation cluster and Science & Technology Parks (STPs) forum, Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Korea. He is a certified professional for development of Science and Technology Parks and Innovation Clusters.

Prof. Singh is closely working in the ESDM sector and advising  Electropreneur Park at University of Delhi South Campus to promote innovations and entrepreneurship. Prof. Singh is chairing a national committee on wearable technology of Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS). His current research domain is Cyber Physical Systems and Security models.
