• Who should attend the AWS Summit New Delhi and when?

• What health measures are in place regarding COVID-19?
  

  The health and safety of our customers, partners, and employees remains our top priority. The AWS Summit New Delhi 2022 will follow all Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, and local government mandates as they relate to COVID-19 safety protocols. 
  

   

  Vaccination against COVID-19 is not required but we recommend that badge holders are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to checking in at the event.
  

   

  Masks are not required at AWS Summit New Delhi. However we strongly encourage the wearing of a face mask and masks will be available for attendees who need them.

• Is there a virtual component?
  

  We designed the AWS Summit New Delhi for an in-person audience. You will be able to access a select number of sessions livestreamed and available on demand following the event.

• Is there a price to attend?
  

  No, registration is complimentary for this event.
  

• Where should I stay if I plan to attend?
  

  We don't currently have dedicated attendee room blocks for this event. 

  The AWS Summit New Delhi will take place at the Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel, located at National Highway 8, Ambience Island, DLF Phase 3, Sector 24, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India.

• When and where will the AWS Summit New Delhi take place?
  

  The event will take place at the The Leela Ambience Hotel & Residences in New Delhi, India on 9 September 2022 from approximately 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. 

  We will communicate exact meeting rooms prior to the event.

• How do I update, change, or cancel my registration for AWS Summit New Delhi?
  

  Go to the registration page and click modify registration to view or make changes to your registration details. To change your name, email us directly at aws-wwps-summits@amazon.com.

• Where can I view sessions for AWS Summit New Delhi?
  

  We'll have several sessions available to view on the AWS Summit New Delhi agenda page. As we confirm more sessions, we'll add them to the agenda.
  

• Are lactation rooms available?
  

  Yes. Lactation rooms are designed to provide a private, secure space for lactating attendees to express milk.
  

• What happens after I register?
  

  After submitting your registration, you receive an acknowledgement email. Our team will review your application within five business days and share further details on your registration status.
  

• How do I know if my registration is approved?
  

  You will receive a confirmation email within five business days of your registration submission.
  

• Can I get my registration status reviewed?
  

  We thoroughly review each registration before responding. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  

• Can I transfer my confirmed registration to another colleague?
  

  Registrations and confirmations are non-transferable.
  

• I registered, but I have yet to receive any email after five working days. What should I do?
  

  The team takes care in responding to individual registration on case-by-case basis. We appreciate your patience as we review each registration.
  

• I received a rejection email, but I still want to attend. Is there an alternative?
  

  For customers who are unable to join us in-person, we are livestreaming keynote and select sessions. We'll share these details closer to the event.
  

• I received an email confirmation, and my colleague would also like to join me. Can I bring them along?
  

  The confirmations are for individual registrations only and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The event is not open for any non-confirmed participants.
