AWS Summit Paris FAQ

AWS Summit Paris is ideal for IT and business executives, business and technical decision makers, developers, engineers, system administrators, systems architects, and IT. Session content will accommodate all levels of familiarity from beginners (level 100) to expert (level 400). Attendees can choose between lecture-style presentations, interactive learning guided by AWS experts, customer keynotes, whiteboarding sessions, an Expo, and much more.

No. Registration is complimentary and enables access to the keynote, sessions, Expo, meals, and receptions.

The Palais des Congres is located near Champs-Elysées, at 2 Place de la Porte Maillot, 75017 Paris, with easy access to the Metro/RER Neuilly-Porte Maillot station. 

No, AWS does not reimburse or validate parking or other travel associated costs.

AWS Summit Paris does not offer continuing or professional education credits nor does AWS offer a certificate of attendance. Attendees can participate in Training & Certification sessions onsite, but please note credits will not be awarded.

There is no dress code for attendees. Attendee attire varies from business casual, suits, hoodies, and jeans. Please wear what you are comfortable in.

Yes. All attendees must be at least 18 years of age on the day they pick up their conference badge.

The AWS Code of Conduct can be viewed here. All participants must comply with it.

Yes, lactation rooms are designed to provide a private and secure space for attendees. 

No. Space in the keynote hall is limited and registering for AWS Summit does not guarantee keynote access. The keynote will be livestreamed in the Expo and in breakout rooms to accommodate overflow seating.

Service animals are welcome at AWS Summit Paris. For guest hotel rooms, there are specific guidelines around service and support animals at each hotel property. Please connect directly with your hotel’s reservation team or concierge prior to arriving for more information.

We don’t have a dedicated block for this event, but you can review nearby hotels on the official Paris Tourist Office website.
