When does registration open?
Registration opens at 08:30 on the 28 March at Brussels Expo, Hall 10 - Belgiëplein 1 – 1020 Brussel.

How do I check in at AWS Symposium Brussels?
To collect your AWS Symposium Brussels event badge, you will need the QR code from a confirmation email that you will get closer to the event, as well as government issued photo ID.

Is there a Brussels Symposium App?
The AWS Symposium Brussels app is available to download and allows you to view all sessions taking place, manage your calendar for the day of the event and more.

How is session attendance managed?
Onsite at AWS Symposium Brussels, sessions will be filled on a first-come first-seated basis. We recommend you use the AWS Symposium Brussels mobile app to help organize your day, and allow plenty of time to navigate between rooms. Download the mobile app for Android or IOS.

Will there be hearing loops for those hard of hearing?
We have induction loops in all rooms for those who are hard of hearing, with designated seats reserved at the front. If you need additional assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.

How is my data shared?
If you offer to have your badge scanned by a sponsor or at a sponsor-branded session, you are requesting AWS share your name, email address, address (including street address, city, state, postal code and country), phone number, title, and company with that sponsor so it may contact you by email, phone, and post for marketing purposes. This is optional - you may choose not to offer your badge. For questions, please refer to the AWS Privacy Notice. Contact the sponsor to unsubscribe from the sponsor’s marketing communications. Providing the sponsor with your information may involve transferring it to another country. For questions about how the sponsor will handle your information, please contact the sponsor directly or refer to its privacy policy.

Who should attend AWS Symposium Brussels?
Whether you are new to the cloud or an experienced user, you will learn something new at an AWS Symposium. These events, held around the world, are designed to educate new customers about the AWS platform and offer existing customers deep technical content to be more successful with AWS.
All AWS Symposiums feature a keynote address highlighting the latest announcements and customer testimonials, and technical sessions led by AWS engineers. You will learn best practices for deploying applications on AWS, optimizing performance, monitoring cloud resources, managing security, cutting costs, and more. You will also have opportunities to meet AWS staff and partners to get your technical questions answered.

Do you accept submissions for speakers/session ideas?
At this time, we do not accept submissions for AWS Symposium Brussels speakers or session content although we always appreciate customer feedback.

What is included in the AWS Symposium Brussels registration?
AWS Symposium Brussels registration gives you access to the keynote, breakout sessions, and the Partner Solutions Expo and reception. Meals offered include lunch and snacks.

What is the price of registration?
The AWS Symposium Brussels is free of charge.

Will I need to register myself for each breakout session?
Onsite at the AWS Symposium Brussels, sessions will be filled on a first-come first-seated basis. As seats are not guaranteed there is no need to pre-register.

What accessibility accommodations are available?
The AWS Symposium Brussels venue, Brussels Expo, has been designed to make everyone’s visit as productive and comfortable as possible. Read more about the facility’s accessibility here.
We have induction loops in all rooms for those who are hard of hearing. There will be designated seats at the front for the induction loop.
If you need additional assistance or have accommodation requests, please contact us at least one week prior to the event. Every effort will be made to provide reasonable accommodations.

Vegetarian, vegan, Halal and limited gluten free options are available and labelled at lunch.
