  • Registration opens at 08:00 on the 27 April. If you're taking the Docklands Light Railway (DLR), allow time to get out at Prince Regent station as the area may be very congested. 

  • To collect your AWS Summit [City] event badge, you will need the QR code from your confirmation email as well as government issued photo ID. A reminder of this will be sent closer to the event.

  • Onsite at AWS Summit London, sessions will be filled on a first-come first-seated basis. We recommend you use the AWS Summit London mobile app to help organize your day, and allow plenty of time to navigate between rooms. Download the mobile app for Android or IOS.

    For the keynote, there are only 4,000 seats in the auditorium which will be filled at a first-come, first-seated basis. If you can't get a seat in the auditorium, the keynote will be streamed in Theatres 1-7 on Level 1. Follow signage at the venue and hosts will be on hand to direct you.

  • If you are taking part in a workshop please remember to bring your laptop, charger and any external devices you may require. Please note, you must bring a laptop and not a tablet, with WiFi networking (not wired networking). If you're using a corporate laptop please ensure that it can connect via WiFi and doesn't require wired networking.

  • The AWS Summit [City] app will be available to download one week before the event and will allow you to view all sessions taking place, manage your calendar for the day of the event and more. More details will be share with registered attendees closer to the time.

Où est mon e-mail de confirmation ?

Si vous vous êtes inscrit, vous devriez recevoir un e-mail de confirmation peu de temps après. Si vous ne recevez pas d'e-mail de confirmation, veuillez vérifier votre dossier spam.

Qu'est-ce qui est inclus dans l'inscription au Summit ?

L'inscription au Summit vous donne un accès gratuit à la keynote, aux breakout sessions, aux zones Ask an Expert et Training & Certification, à l’AWS DeepRacer League, au Startup Central, à l’Innovation Corner, aux activités de networking et plus encore ! Les repas offerts comprennent le déjeuner et les collations.

Quel est le prix de l'inscription ?

L'inscription à l'AWS Summit Paris est gratuite.

Dois-je m'inscrire pour chaque breakout session ?

Sur place, les sessions seront remplies selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier assis. Les places n'étant pas garanties, il n'est pas nécessaire de s'inscrire à l'avance. Cependant, nous vous recommandons de profiter des outils de planification sur l'application mobile AWS Summit pour vous aider à organiser votre journée.

Comment accéder à l’AWS Summit Paris ?

L’AWS Summit Paris se déroulera au Palais des Congrès de Paris pour rendre la visite de chacun aussi productive et confortable que possible.

Quelles sont les contraintes alimentaires particulières prises en charge ?

Des options végétariennes et sans gluten seront disponibles et étiquetées au déjeuner.

Quelles seront les mesures liées au COVID-19 ?

AWS suivra les recommandations et directives du gouvernement français liées au COVID-19 qui seront en place au moment de l’évènement. Un passe sanitaire ne sera a priori pas requis et le port du masque sera optionnel.
