When does registration open?
Registration opens at 08:00 on the 27 April. If you're taking the Docklands Light Railway (DLR), allow time to get out at Prince Regent station as the area may be very congested.

How do I check in at AWS Summit [City]?
To collect your AWS Summit [City] event badge, you will need the QR code from your confirmation email as well as government issued photo ID. A reminder of this will be sent closer to the event.

How is session attendence managed?
Onsite at AWS Summit London, sessions will be filled on a first-come first-seated basis. We recommend you use the AWS Summit London mobile app to help organize your day, and allow plenty of time to navigate between rooms. Download the mobile app for Android or IOS.
For the keynote, there are only 4,000 seats in the auditorium which will be filled at a first-come, first-seated basis. If you can't get a seat in the auditorium, the keynote will be streamed in Theatres 1-7 on Level 1. Follow signage at the venue and hosts will be on hand to direct you.

Please note, you must bring a laptop and not a tablet, with WiFi networking (not wired networking). AWS suivra les recommandations et directives du gouvernement français liées au COVID-19 qui seront en place au moment de l’évènement. Un passe sanitaire ne sera a priori pas requis et le port du masque sera optionnel.
