What are Quick chat agents?

Quick chat agents are AI-powered conversational interfaces that provide instant access to your organization’s knowledge base. Quick offers two types of chat agents - a general chat agent to get answers to your questions related to data across your organization, or custom chat agents that you can create and share by restricting access to specific data sources and actions and adding specific instructions for an even more contextual experience, specific to your team or organization.

Types of chat agents in Quick

Chat with built-in assistant

You can use the default chat agent to search through your enterprise content, analyze data visualizations, and help with various tasks like creating charts, writing documents, and answering questions about your datasets. The default agent works with all available knowledge sources in your Quick Suite environment.

Create and share a custom chat agent

You can create specialized AI chat assistants called custom chat agents within Quick Suite that are tailored to specific teams, projects, or use cases with custom instructions and dedicated knowledge sources. Link to these agents to specific files, dashboards, and data sources, ensuring they have focused expertise in your chosen domain. These custom agents can also be shared across your organization, enabling teams to collaborate with AI assistants that understand their specific business context and requirements.
